Active Shooter Near(In?) Canadian Parliament Building

[Update:] Changed: I'm seeing reports on twitter that the soldier may still be alive. I had linked to a NYT article claiming he died. I removed that link.

Sorry, this seems to be ongoing so the details are a bit sketchy.

BBC is reporting that someone was shot outside the Canadian Parliament building and that the assailant(s) then ran into the Parliament building

However, I'm seeing information on twitter that says it took place "near" the Parliament building. I will update ad credible information comes out.
