Second Case of Ebola In Dallas: Health Care Worker Who Cared For Duncan Tests Positive [CBD]

The head of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) said there was "clearly" a breach in protocol.

This is a logically inconsistent assumption. They are basing this on their 100% confidence that they know exactly how Ebola is communicated, but that is just insane. Are they going to be proven correct that there was a problem with the implementation of their vaunted "protocols?" Probably, but that doesn't make the logic any more correct.

I heard Frieden interviewed this morning about the second case in Dallas, and he sounded like a government drone reciting talking points.
