President Obama will delay DHS' deportation review because he expects it to end any chance for immigration legislation later this year, which is interesting, since (1) nobody expects immigration legislation later this year; and (2) Obama's tendency to abuse executive agencies for political ends is why nobody expects immigration legislation later this year.

The D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals dealt a crushing blow to the abuse of the legal system known as copyright trolling. EFF's release is here. The text of the opinion, which is a lively read, is here (PDF).
