Bruce Carroll Will Not Challenge Lindsey Graham

As you may have heard by now Bruce Carroll (aka Gay Patriot) has decided not to challenge Lindsey Graham in the South Carolina GOP primary in 2014.

Earlier I had an exclusive interview with Bruce earlier tonight about his decision making process and what led him to pass on running. I didn't have time to put it in the soundbite but Bruce made it very clear he wasn't the least bit worried over how Republicans and conservatives would react to his sexual orientation. That said, politics is a tough game, especially in South Carolina. And there are always the oh so tolerant liberals.

Next we discussed whether or not a blogger might some day make the crossover to electoral politics.

And finally Carroll talked about something that dumbfounds most conservatives...how does Lindsey Graham keep winning and how he might be beat.

It was going to be a long shot, a very long shot, but if nothing else it would have been fun to put a scare in to Graham.
