Have we all forgotten this is supposed to be a participatory democracy? Do people really think this guy will be thwarted, finally, by a post in a blog's comment area?

We need legislative and judicial action on this. We will not get it if it appears this is just some big silly game where one side slaps the other and the other side slaps back.

What can you post about Kimberlin? Things that are a matter of public record (his bombing and perjury convictions) or actual sourced and cited information.

I do not need speculations, jokes, or other such trivia.
