CBS: President Obama Approval: 41%. Me: ...Eh?

Looks like that giant contraception distraction worked great, hunh?

First Rasmussen, then ABC, now CBS. Two out of three of these are usually the "rescue pollsters" we joke about. CBS gives Obama an edge over both frontrunners, but that edge has narrowed considerably. The President led Romney 48-42 in the previous poll, that has shrunk to 47-44. He also leads Santorum, now 48-44, down from his 49-41 lead.

I have officially upgraded from "meh" to "eh".

UPDATE- A moron emailed me asking what would take me from "eh to yeah?".
It would take state-level polling data showing a return to the Fall of 2011, when President Obama was watching his margins in light-blue states like Michigan, Maine, Connecticut and the like evaporate. When those states are harder for him to keep, the purple ones (OH, FL, VA, NC, NH, CO, IA, NV) are already gone, and I can stop breathing from the Bag of Visions.
