High School Basketball Player Sinks Game-Winning Shot, Cappping Team's Perfect Season, And Then Dies On The Court Due To Heart Attack

This is the sort of weird story where you want to find some uplifting metaphor.

I don't think there is one. He died of an "enlarged heart." I guess that's a nice metaphor, but we know that actually means it was badly-working heart.
