A Demplosion wipes out all but 6 “safe” blue dogs per RCP, but I think Cuellar in Texas' 28th is vulnerable, as Democrats in the neighboring districts 23, 25, and 15 have become.

The Democrats loved mocking President Bush with his 30+ member "coalition of the willing." How effective does a coalition of four Californians and some guy in Atlanta sound?
