General Chinpube is awfully young and geeky to be such a powerhouse of military manhood, n'est-ce pas?

His decorations include; Round Patch, right side says "Central Intelligence Agency." Ummm yea. Great start.

Purely personal note: I like his glasses too. I have a personal bias about squared-off, black-rimmed glasses. To me they say "Please, somebody take me seriously. I'm begging you."
