Good news for people living in fire ant zones

Apparently, there is a parasitic fly of some sort that turns fire ants into zombies.

...The flies "dive-bomb" the fire ants and lay eggs. The maggot that hostaes inside the ant eats away at the brain, and the ant starts exhibiting what some might say is zombie-like behavior...There is no brain left in the ant, and the ant just starts wandering aimlessly...About a month after the egg is laid, the ant's head falls off and the fly emerges ready to attack any foraging ants away from the mound and lay eggs...

The bad news is that Dr Evil genetically altered these little flies into BIG flies and they've infested pretty much all of congress. Anytime now a lot of congresscritter's heads are going to all fall off and unleash a plague upon the nation that'll make swine flu look like a sunburn.
