Okay... Joke's Over, I Guess

Based on the annoyance of a few commenters and Slublog asking "Um, how long do we carry on with this?," I guess the joke's over.

If you're coming here late, we turned the site into a rabidly pro-Obama site for the inauguration. We almost matched MSNBC's zealotry.

So it's not forgotten, here is Slublog's most awesome Obama banner.

Banner Back: I started to get nervous when it wouldn't change -- it was like Dear Leader was willing it to remain.

Credit! Whoops. I forgot to say the idea for doing this site as a pro-Obama one came from the excellent Arthur K.

I was going to actually ask the readers for ideas about what to do, but Arthur wrote me before I did. He also suggested getting all the co-bloggers on board with it. The co-bloggers themselves thought up their pro-Obama screennames.
