Hillary Clinton, Experienced Enough to Laugh Like a Retard at Perfectly Sensible Questions

You've heard the fake stage cackle this shrill witch employs to deflect any difficult question she wishes to clumsily imply is so silly as to be beneath response.

But on this one... I don't know, this almost sounds real. But she sounds like a maniac pinhead laughing at it. Is she really that arrogant and self-deluded about her integrity that she thinks a perfectly reasonable conflict-of-interest question is absurd?

That's what the laugh says.

She sounds just plain unhinged to me.
