I don't care about the lawsuit, but the site it mentions is frickin' hilarious.

A Pittsburgh attorney has revived his lawsuit against a date-dissing Web site where postings, he says, falsely claimed he was unfaithful and had sexually transmitted diseases.
Todd Hollis sued DontDateHimGirl.com and its creator in Miami federal court.

Many of the entries on that site are howlingly funny. My favorites are the ones where the girl is shocked and surprised at the results of her own slutty/gullible/stupid behavior:
