A little slow, a little obvious, and a little didactic, but it is, well, a propaganda film, and it is Disney. Nuance isn't especially crucial here. Skip to around 4:50 to get to the part about WWII and how Hitler manipulates emotion (especially fears about America losing the war) to destroy morale.
There's always that question in pieces like these -- are you helping the terrorists by giving them ideas, or helping those charged with fighting terrorists by giving them ideas? It's always a little of both, and I don't see how to avoid that. It all could be done in secret, I suppose, but secrecy has its drawbacks.
