Three Men Arrested Approachig Queen Mary II In New York Harbor In... Primitive Submarine?

They say it's not terror related. Or not believed to be terror related yet.

Indeed, it's so odd it's... well, it's just so goofy it's hard to believe it's terror related.

But approaching a major cruise ship (which are often targets of terrorist plots) in NY harbor? In a sub?

TNR just sent me an email that the men are all Iraqi veterans who were compelled to kill civilians, having gotten addicted to it during their tours of duty.

Okay, "oxygen tanks" could just mean tanks of air for the vessel itself.

It could also mean scuba tanks.

Seems Nothing: Looks like some, uhh, amateur historical submarine enthusiasts (who knew?) were just testing the seaworthiness of their craft.
