Well, I read thru all of the comments in the "describe Sullivan's politics" thread and I have picked a winner.

The winner is the following post:

It is pithy, descriptive, and encapsulates all of Sully's worldview as he sees it thru the prism of his one brown eye.

And, on a more anal-ytical (heh) level, it even conveys the general hypocracy behind Sully's advocacy for gay marriage. For in eschewing his own ability to marry in his life, is he not content to live a life of "borrowed" rears "lent" to him rather than fully committing to one?

Is he not saying, thru his own example, that it is better to live in arrears than in a rear?

I think so.
