Comedy Central Caves To Tom Cruise's Scientological Threat

They won't be rerunning the Scientology episode, because Tom Cruise threatened not to promote Mission Impossible: 3 on any Viacom channel if they did.

Matt Stone and Trey Parker issued a (genuine, I think) response:
