Abu Ghraib Pics Vs. Mohammad Cartoons
Both are (barely) newsworthy, both incite Muslims. The media gleefully publishes the former while embargoing the latter.
Wonder why? Stop the ACLU does.
There are some political structures that need to be challenged and undermined, and the US Government is at the top of that list.
Meanwhile, there are other political structures that don't need to be challenged or undermined, as they are actually helping to challenge and undermine the US Government.
It's not a question of offending Muslims or causing violence. The new Abu Ghraib pictures are at about the same level of offensiveness. It's just a question of, "Does this hurt the US? If so, run it, consequences be damned."
