A move that any self-worshipping anonymous blogger will recognize

Sometimes when I walk that little walk down the sidewalk where I exercise the coordination necessary to wink, purse my lips, and shake my hips at the same time while whistling at the lonely middle-aged divorcees in their cars, I just want to walk right up to their windows, and whisper in that voice of pure desire:

Hey, ya know, I'm not just a whore, I can write too. I can put forth well-reasoned arguments that are not void of intellectual merit nor humor. My website is called Feisty Republican Whore, but, ya know, don't tell anyone. I'm, ya know, anonymous 'n stuff.

Sometimes I just need someone to tell me I'm special, ya know.

Mayor Bloomberg of Snuggly's former hometown pulled an "anonymous" blogger move recently with his "anonymous" donation to Johns Hopkins university:

NEW YORK - Mayor Michael Bloomberg, a billionaire known for his philanthropy, anonymously donated $100 million Thursday to Johns Hopkins University to support stem cell research, a new children's hospital and other projects, The Associated Press has learned.
A person familiar with his philanthropy confirmed the latest $100 million gift on condition of anonymity, citing Bloomberg's desire for privacy. The mayor's spokesman, Stu Loeser, declined to comment on Bloomberg's giving.

"I'm sorry, but I cannot reveal the name of the donor because Mr. Bloomberg told me he wanted to donate under the guise of anonymity."

Next thing you know I'll be sending photos to whomever asks. Ahem.
