The Morning Report — 1/28/26

Good morning kids. And the word of the day is "deescalation." And it makes my head explode for reasons that should be all too obvious to anyone with eyes to see. Those who are using this word are the same ones who objected to Israel going after Hamas after its mass-wave pogrom that slaughtered scores of innocent people and kidnapped/tortured hundreds more, the remains of the last one at long last recovered and returned home only a day or so ago.

What ICE and law enforcement are doing in Minneapolis and elsewhere in the nation is merely their duty in rounding up illegal aliens be they merely border-jumpers or violent thugs on top of it. Anyone who objects to this, let alone attempts to impede them carrying out their mission either via direct violent confrontation or political sabotage is engaging in the most severe of felonious acts which come right up to and perhaps cross the line into actual Insurrection.

And so, what is needed is a massive ESCALATION in response to this attack on our government, the rule of law and the safety and security of the citizenry so that those engaging in this insurrection are mercilessly crushed, so as to send an unmistakable message that lawlessness in all its forms will not be tolerated.

If you think I'm engaging in hyperbole. There is a definite nexus between Democrat lawmakers and their stormtroopers on the streets.

Washington Governor Bob Ferguson (D) stated Monday that the state government aims to “partner” with the anti-ICE groups illegally tracking and hounding federal law enforcement agents.

The governor expressed support for the anti-ICE insurgency in his state just one day before the FBI launched an investigation into the Signal chat groups organizing the the anti-ICE insurgency in Minnesota.

Ferguson held a press conference alongside Washington’s Attorney General Nick Brown (D.) to condemn ICE after two agitators in Minnesota were fatally shot by federal agents. Brown was widely criticized last month after he warned independent journalists to stop investigating alleged fraudulent Somali daycare centers in the state or they could be charged with a hate crime.

The governor told reporters that what is happening in Minnesota and Washington is “community, individuals, and grass roots organizations doing their part to stand up for their fellow residents.”

. . . In a long and sobering post on X, reacting to the new information, former Special Forces Warrant Officer, Eric Schwalm compared the anti-ICE effort in Minneapolis to the insurgencies he fought in Iraq and Afghanistan.

“With multiple rotations running counterinsurgency ops—both hunting insurgents and trying to separate them from sympathetic populations—I’ve seen organized resistance up close,” Schwalm stated. “From Anbar to Helmand, the pattern is familiar: spotters, cutouts, dead drops (or modern equivalents), disciplined comms, role specialization, and a willingness to absorb casualties while bleeding the stronger force slowly. What’s unfolding in Minneapolis right now isn’t ‘protest.’ It’s low-level insurgency infrastructure, built by people who’ve clearly studied the playbook.”

And investigator and Freedom Fighter extraordinaire Andy Ngo is yet again doing yeoman's work in exposing the sophisticated yet all-too-familiar techniques of leftist political terrorism

Andy Ngo, a citizen journalist known for his unmasking of Antifa activists and their violent tactics, infiltrated some radical left Signal groups in Minnesota and discovered the rampant paranoia among the activists who didn't trust anyone, especially other activists. The tactics being used, Ngo observed, "are an evolution of methods tested during the deadly 2020 BLM–Antifa riots, which were centered largely in the Twin Cities." "In recent weeks, numerous Antifa-linked revolutionary anarchist collectives have promoted organizing guides that explicitly instruct extremists on how to carry out obstructionist campaigns," says Ngo. The guides recommend using the Signal messaging app to maintain operational security. It's the operations that are problematic. "Signal has become the preferred platform for mass coordination — used to share real-time locations, vehicle descriptions, and individual targets, as well as tips for minimizing legal accountability," writes Ngo. This is how the activists are able to show up at ICE enforcement actions almost as soon as agents start arriving on the scene. . . I'm familiar with messaging among some radical groups in Europe during the 1970s. Baader-Meinhof Group, a far-left West German Communist terrorist group active in the 1970s, communicated almost exclusively using intelligence agency methods such as drop boxes and "cut-outs." Baader-Meinhof and other radical leftists of the time were paranoid about security, but they still managed to have a small circle where trust was an absolute necessity.  Obviously, the radicals today are sacrificing security for instant communications, but this has bred hysterical fear and, almost certainly, hindered their efforts to organize and obstruct ICE operations.

While it's encouraging that as Ngo notes their paranoia may be hampering their efforts, at the same time they have a truly frightenng level of political and legal cover afforded them by elected officials and perhaps allies in local law enforcement itself. Not to put too fine a point on it but this Bob Ferguson as well as Walz, Frey and everyone else engaging in this needs to swing from a gallows.

Because as is painfully obvious or should be by now, that is exactly what they have in mind for all of us.

Democrat Ohio Attorney General candidate Elliot Forhan announced a plan to execute President Donald Trump, following a hypothetical trial and guilty verdict, in a video posted to X on Tuesday. In the viral video Forhan stated that he would pursue the president’s conviction, resulting in capital punishment. . . “I want to tell you what I mean when I say that I am going to kill Donald Trump,” Forhan stated. “I mean I’m going to obtain a conviction rendered by a jury of his peers at a standard of proof beyond a reasonable doubt based on evidence, presented at a trial conducted in accordance with the requirements of due process, resulting in a sentence, duly executed, of capital punishment.”

“That is what I mean when I say I am going to kill Donald Trump,” he ended.

He may be a low rent Roland Freisler but I'll take him at his word.

So, evidently Bro-Fo Omar was doused with some sort of liquid at a town-hall meeting. I don't think it was Jewish Holy water (matzo ball soup) nor was she given the Victor Riesel treatment, not that she doesn't deserve it, but hey, If she soiled her Playtex 18-hour burqa, sowing and reaping baby.
