How about a different type of old school voting tech?

Remember when the MLB All-Star voting took place mostly(?) by fans on paper ballots? Go to a big league game in the early months of the season, and they'd hand out punch card style ballots.

In later years, the ballots had cool cover art

2014 was the last year of paper ballots for MLB. All voting moved to online / digital formats after that.

That last one is pretty obscure. You might recall Rhythm Corps from this minor radio hit of theirs from the late 80s -- which also fits the theme
