  The language Tech Crunch is referring to is PHP, which is literally as old as the web - it first appeared in 1993, the same year as HTML itself, the language that every single web page is written.
  
  Tech Crunch runs on WordPress.
  
  WordPress is written in PHP.
  
  Around 70% of all websites run on software written in PHP, 40% of them on WordPress along.
  
  Inertia is a hell of a drug.
