AfD Wins Speakership of Regional Government in Saxony-Anhalt; Socialist Open Borders Spanish PM Calls for New Elections

The actual vote in the Saxony-Anhalt regional elections happened weeks ago. It was covered here. AfD won, but were three seats shy of gaining majority control of the regional parliament. As usual, the so-called "right-leaning" parties would join with socialists and communists to keep the AfD from ever exercising political power.

However, there was a far-left party which was willing to negotiate with AfD. The left-wing party is pro-Russia and had common ground with the AfD on this point.

The deal was struck -- AfD will control the regional government. They secured additional votes beyond those from the far-left party.

AfD leader Alice Weidel announced the news:

Translated from German

Congratulations to Tobias Rausch (AfD), the newly elected President of the Landtag of Saxony-Anhalt – and the first AfD Landtag President in the history of our party. Rausch received 48 votes -- and thus 9 more than the AfD parliamentary group has members. A great success!

Marine Le Pen is LEADING the polls to be next French President.

The right is LEADING the polls to win the upcoming Spanish election.

The AfD party has seen massive success in recent regional German elections.

The Freedom Party in Austria lead the polls at around 40%

The right wing/Libertarian FrP party of Norway has a massive lead with 35% support in latest poll.

The socialist Spanish PM who amnestied at least 500,000 illegal aliens and probably 1,000,000, Pedro "Dirty" Sanchez, has called for new elections. This is because his political position is weak and he wants a fresh mandate of support.

Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez on Monday called a snap election for Nov. 29, a vote that could signal the demise of the EU's last major Socialist government and remove one of Europe's chief critics of U.S. President Donald Trump from the political front line.

Already weakened by the corruption cases battering his Socialist Party, Sánchez took a further knock this summer when he faced fierce blowback over his handling of the ongoing migrant crisis in the North African exclave of Ceuta.

But the bitter topic of unaffordable housing -- something that tops the list of voters' concerns in Spain and which has sparked nationwide protests -- has finally prompted Sánchez to call an early election in an apparent bid to seize a campaign battleground he believes could work to his advantage.

But he's unlikely to get that. Political oddsmakers said he was 56% likely to be booted out of power -- and that was before he actually called for snap elections.

BREAKING:

Snap elections in Spain this year and PM Sanchez's fall from power is now likely according to Polymarket.com

The likelihood has skyrocketed from just 12% a few days ago to 56%

Sanchez will likely loose power to Vox and the PP party, that are expected to form a coalition government.

...

The related "next prime minister" market on Polymarket.com has Feijóo near 80% and Sánchez around 13%.

Recent poll averages put PP near 33%, PSOE near 26%, and Vox near 18%, with PP+Vox seat projections often above the 176 seats needed for a majority coalition government.

The ongoing Ceuta migration crisis and upcoming legal cases based on corruption charges against Sánchez's wife Begoña Gómez and his close allies make snap elections this year a better choice than waiting for the term's natural end next summer.

Sanchez also believe that going to election on housing issues is much better campaign terrain for the left than mass-immigration and the invasion of Ceuta, which has greatly angered the Spanish public.

Now Polymarket says he's 70% likely to lose:

🚨 JUST IN: Socialist Spanish PM is likely to be OUSTED after his leftist government failed, and he called snap elections for Nov. 29

Center-right Feijóo's party has allied with populist Vox, and that could ENSURE Sanchez is no longer Prime Minister

70% chance the PP party -- center-right -- WINS, per Polymarket.com

WAY BETTER THAN SOCIALISM. This party has worked with right-wing VOX, which I hope eventually wins NATIONAL control

MAKE IT HAPPEN, SPAIN! Trending in the right direction!

Look at this miserable communist cuck:

Yeah, Spain's big problem is "tech speculators."
