Trump is asking the Supreme Court to pretty please with sugar on top let him stop using taxpayer money to pay for federal prisoners' "gender transitions."

The Trump Justice Department on Monday asked the Supreme Court to a Bureau of Prisons policy that cuts off federally-funded medical interventions and social accommodations for transgender inmates to go forward.

The department's emergency appeal follows a federal district court order last month that continued to prohibit the bureau from enforcing its new rules against an inmate who is or will be diagnosed with gender dysphoria, according to CBS News.

The judge overseeing a challenge to the policy, U.S. District Judge Royce Lamberth, ordered the Trump administration to continue providing medical care to a class of transgender inmates.

A group of inmates diagnosed with gender dysphoria filed a lawsuit last year after President Trump issued an executive order at the start of his second term that prohibited the use of federal funds for medical procedures or treatments for transgender inmates within the federal prison system.

The Supreme Court hands Trump a temporary win -- temporary because they're overturning a lawless lower court's preliminary injunction, and not ruling on the ultimate merits yet -- and okays Trump's deportation of illegals to safe third countries when their actual country of origin refuses to accept them back.

You know an immigrant is a real All-Star Doctor/Engineer/Space Explorer when his home country refuse to take him back.

The Trump administration has used this as a solution for migrants from places like Cuba and Venezuela that refuse to allow illegal aliens to be returned. Other countries like India and China allow some repatriation but at a slow pace. So in those cases the Trump administration has been deporting people instead to a number of countries in Central and South America and some in Africa and Asia. A well-known example of this policy is the handling of Mahmoud Khalil who is likely to be deported to either Algeria or Syria once his lawsuits against various parties end.

Another big Trump win for sovereignty: restoring the "public charge" doctrine, which says that immigrants who are likely to require citizens to support them should not be allowed to enter the country.

The Trump administration is now trying to stem the flow of immigrants who are, or who are likely to become, public charges. It froze all immigrant visa applications abroad in August 2026 to retrain its consular officers on the new philosophy of not streamlining the issuance of tourist visas to impoverished refugees claiming to be headed to Disney. Only now are some select embassies gradually beginning to process cases again. Before the new training and rules, visa officers and DHS officials processing deportations were limited in considering what benefits could count against the "public charge" rule to cash welfare payments meant to cover basic living expenses and long-term institutional care paid for by the federal government.

The new Trump rules, which are certain to be challenged in court, allow visa officers overseas and DHS domestically to conduct case-by-case reviews that consider an applicant's age, health, family status, assets, financial resources, education, skills and whether the person has previously received means-tested taxpayer-funded benefits. The new rules will potentially affect millions of people, and deter many more from even applying. (Notably, the public charge test exempts some refugees, asylees, and those in humanitarian categories, meaning those truly in need should have help available to them.)

After decades of back-and-forth on the issue, the practical impact of these new rules is that it will become easier to deny visas, admission, or permanent residence to applicants who are likely to depend on government assistance.

Did you vote for this? Because I sure did.

UK's Labour government is unpopular because it continues allowing unlimited mass migration from barbaric countries without vetting. They cannot win an election with the current population.

Therefore, they've decided to allow in even more migrants from barbaric countries.

This was always the plan. This was always the plan.

This is The Plan in America, too -- though Trump has, for now, stopped it.

If the people do not like their government, then the government should fire the people, and elect another.

One year later, Trump's designation of antifa as an international terror organization has achieved practical results.

The designation was put into motion less than a week after the assassination of conservative activist Charlie Kirk, which raised concerns about rising left-wing violence in the U.S...

The administration said the move to target Antifa would allow the government to go after funding sources, with the president saying they are "looking at the funders of these groups."

The Center Square previously reported that a foundation funded by billionaire George Soros has given $80 million to groups tied to "extremist violence," including Antifa.

...

The U.S. State Department officially designated four foreign Antifa groups as foreign terrorist organizations last November, nearly two months after Trump designated Antifa a domestic terror organization.

The designations paved the way for the State Department to target individuals or groups by cutting off or freezing their access to global financial systems to curb potential attacks.

The State Department identified four European-based organizations, which either claimed or have been accused of carrying out a series of violent attacks in a handful of countries.

...

In a historical first, nine individuals were convicted by a federal jury on domestic terrorism charges connected to Antifa in March.

The group was accused of being a part of the North Texas Antifa Cell, and was found guilty of rioting, using weapons and explosives, providing material support to terrorists, obstruction, and attempted murder, the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Northern District of Texas announced.

The group was convicted of the attempted murder of an Alvarado, Texas, police officer and correctional officers at the Prairieland ICE Detention Center occurring on July 4, 2025.

One Antifa member was sentenced to 100 years in prison following a guilty verdict in a plot to target an Immigration and Customs Enforcement detention center in Texas. Several others also received lengthy prison sentences for the same attack.

...

As part of the Trump administration's commitment to fight the scourge of political violence, Rubio vowed to "dismantle" the terror networks "brick by brick."

Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent also took part in the summit, focusing on targeting the financial network funding the movement.

"We are examining where tax-exempt status has been exploited, where charitable entities have become financial conduits for foreign influence, and how those entrusted with stewardship of these organizations have instead enabled violence," said Bessent.

A Florida judge unethically made 900 donations to Democrats and is allowed to retire before being impeached and stripped of her pension.

A Florida judge who retired rather than face disciplinary action will keep her partially taxpayer-funded pension.

Diana Tennis, a former judge on Florida's 9th Circuit Court, retired on September 4, 2026, to avoid being suspended and fined for making more than 900 political donations totaling $29,000 since 2016 -- all to Democratic candidates and groups. Tennis' term was originally set to end on Jan. 5, 2027.

The state Judicial Qualifications Commission found that Tennis' admitted actions violated the Florida Code of Judicial Conduct, which prohibits sitting judges from making political donations, but since she didn't violate a law, she gets to keep her pension, which is partially funded by taxpayers. The Code of Judicial Conduct is not a criminal code, but establishes standards for ethical conduct of judges, and specifically states that judges may not "solicit funds for, pay an assessment to or make a contribution to a political organization or candidate, or purchase tickets for political party dinners or other functions."

Nikole Hannah-Jones says she had to block out memories to live with the education choices she made for her daughter and she doesn't know what she's arguing for anymore:

"And I was like, damn, you really--to make this work for yourself, mentally I just forgot. I had just pushed a lot of that out of my memory, I think, to be able to live with the choices we were trying to make."

"The stakes were so high for me personally. I feel like the stakes are so high when it comes to the issue of integration and equality that I couldn't admit to her that, yes, you did bear a cost. And I don't know that we made the right choice. I don't know what the right choice would be."

"And so what am I arguing for? I don't know anymore."

Of course: Genocidal Whore Ana Kasparian claims the Muslim attempt to crash a plane full of Israelis was, get this, actually a Jewish False Flag.

"This is a devolping story and I don't trust the Israelis. I wouldn't trust the Israelis with anything. Any narrative coming out of Israel, I don't I just I can't take it at face value. Sorry"

"Immediately jumping to the conclusion that the copilot is a jihadi. Doesn't make sense to me. Citation, please."

"Just yesterday, Netanyahu was saying that the Iranians are going to carry out some sort of attack against Israel ahead of the Israeli elections. Everyone was saying, oh, here comes the false flag. Now, look, I'm not saying that this is a false flag. I don't know yet. I don't know yet. I think it's fishy."

Alex Jones was sued into bankruptcy for his casual resort to "false flag" claims. All media outlets condemned.

But leftists can spin antisemitic false flag conspiracy theories all day long without anyone in the media saying Boo.
