ICE be upon him: Immigration judge rules that Trump may deport the leader of a large mosque due to national security concerns.

The U.S. can deport the leader of a large mosque in Wisconsin on the grounds that he is a threat to national security, an immigration judge ruled on Wednesday.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents detained Salah Sarsour, an outspoken supporter of Palestine, in March. Sarsour alleged the federal government was targeting him for speaking out against Israel and advocating for Palestinian rights. In June, a federal judge agreed and ordered Sarsour released, the Associated Press reported.

Sasour was born in the Israeli-occupied West Bank and was imprisoned in Israel in 1988 after confessing to throwing a Molotov cocktail and stones at Israeli military personnel. He was also convicted in 1995 of attempting to possess weapons.

He denies committing the crimes, and his attorneys allege he was tortured into confessing to them.

Government attorneys argue that Sarsour's convictions in Israel, along with allegations he lied on his green card application, make him a threat to national security.

Florida designates CAIR and the Muslim Brotherhood terrorist groups.

Florida Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis and his administration voted Tuesday to designate the Muslim Brotherhood, the Council on American-Islamic Relations and approximately 90 other groups as domestic terrorist groups.

A 427-page document that accompanied the vote claimed "there is substantial evidence that CAIR is engaging in terrorist activity" and accused the group of having connections to Hamas and the Palestinian Islamic Jihad.

The vote comes after Texas and Florida labeled the Muslim Brotherhood and CAIR as foreign terrorist organizations last year, which forbids both organizations and their affiliates from purchasing or acquiring land in the states and allows increased enforcement against the groups.

Florida on Tuesday expanded the designation to include the domestic terrorist group label and also labeled al-Qaeda, the Houthis and the Continuity Irish Republican Army as foreign terrorist organizations.

Florida also now considers Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua, two Mexican drug cartels and Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps as foreign terrorist organizations, according to CBS News.

CAIR has since sued the state over the designation, accusing DeSantis of violating the First Amendment and the due process clause of the 14th Amendment.

The designations will take effect Nov. 5, if no court strikes them down first.

If you remember, Mamdani sent out demands to everyone who owned a home valued at $1 million or more, despite his confiscatory tax only applying to homes valued at $5 million or more. He also sent these demands to people whose NYC homes are their primary homes, not secondary residences or pied-a-terres.

His intent was maximum intimidation. He's a communist like Hasan Piker who wants "capitalist blood running in the streets."

The judge did not block his tax itself, but he demanded Mamdani stop and re-do his intimidating demands sent out to everyone with a pricey apartment.

New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani's plans to charge wealthy out-of-towners with a new tax were dealt a blow on Tuesday after a state judge ordered the administration to redo its rollout.

The ruling by state Supreme Court judge Wayne M. Ozzi sided with a group of homeowners who claimed the tax unconstitutionally discriminates against out-of-state property owners, impedes interstate commerce and retroactively creates tax liabilities for co-op boards because of actions by their shareholders.

In the ruling, Ozzi said "homeowners are being substantially harmed and penalized needlessly" by the city's new tax on second homes in New York City valued at more than $5 million.

He ordered the administration to remove the current list of property owners to whom the tax won't apply and replace it with one listing only those who will be subject to the tax.

The wack-a-doo communist BLM revolutionary running as the Democrat for the open Florida senate seat raised money for a supposedly BLM cause and then, get this, no seriously you'll never believe this, can't account for where the money went.

A charity controlled by Florida Democratic Senate nominee Angie Nixon raised more than $270,000 in 2024, tax-exempt funds that Nixon said she would use to support Cafe Resistance, the black power-themed bookstore and coffee shop she was launching in Jacksonville. But when Nixon opened the shop that same year, she placed it under the control of her for-profit LLC, and whatever became of the charitable fortune she raised in 2024 is now a mystery.

I think I can solve this mystery. The money went were all BLM "charity fundraising" money goes.

The IRS deadline for Nixon to report what she did with the money she raised in 2024 expired nearly a year ago. A Florida state disclosure she did make said she spent the majority of her charity's haul, $214,000, on "other."

I spent 83% of the charitable tax-free money I raised on "other," your honor.

I blow through a lot of "other" in a month.

And ever since Nixon opened Cafe Resistance--a squat, cinderblock building in a downtrodden part of town that appeared, to a Washington Free Beacon reporter on multiple visits, to operate on a shoestring--her personal income has skyrocketed. This has led legal and tax experts consulted by the Free Beacon to question whether the Florida Democratic Socialist could be exploiting her charity to funnel funds to her personal LLC in violation of nonprofit laws.

Can I answer?

Unanswered questions include how much of the $270,000 raised in 2024 Nixon actually spent on charitable endeavors at her ramshackle bookstore, and how she is spending the charitable donations she continues to raise for race-related "programming" at her store, such as black history classes and the distribution of free contraceptives. Nixon should have answered these questions nearly a year ago on a Form 990 tax return with the IRS by November of 2025, which would have offered a full accounting of her charity's activities in the 2024 calendar year, but she never did.

The Free Beacon contacted Nixon and her campaign on September 25 with a lengthy list of questions related to her charity and LLC, both of which she named the Moxie Group. Nixon did not respond to the inquiry; however, that same day, the Florida Department of State dissolved the Moxie charity as a business entity, and by the afternoon of Sept. 26, the charity--which allegedly "works to empower and uplift underserved and underrepresented communities," according to Nixon's charitable solicitations--had shut down its online fundraising portal, which had been active and soliciting tax-exempt funds the previous day. The Moxie charity's solicitation license in Florida expired January 28, and the Florida Department of Agriculture is now reviewing whether the charity solicited contributions while unregistered, said Aaron Keller, the department's communications director.

"If the IRS were to determine she is benefiting personally from the charity, its exemption could be revoked and she may have personal tax liability," Sternal added.

The separation between Nixon's charity and LLC in the operation of her Cafe Resistance bookstore has often been nonexistent. The email address her charity uses in its disclosures to the Florida Department of Agriculture, for example, is the same email address the bookstore uses to solicit bookings for birthday parties and private events, the revenue from which Nixon's for-profit LLC presumably collects.

Nixon's charity and LLC are both corporations, and corporations are generally prohibited from providing event space to political campaigns for free, unless they have a practice of regularly providing their spaces to outside groups for free, according to the Federal Election Commission.

Large swaths of corporate media exist at this point primarily to propagandize and radicalize subsets of the population into supporting the liquidation of national sovereignty. Willfully omitted by the CNN propagandists is that these are minors who cartels have recently tried to smuggle across the Southwest Border but who were rescued by Border Patrol. These minors will now be safely and humanely reunited with their families by dedicated public servants who have devoted their lives to combatting child trafficking. It is because of the efforts of these public servants that there is no longer a raging UAC ("unaccompanied alien child") catastrophe -- the Trump Administration swiftly, urgently and righteously ended the child trafficking nightmare.

Between ten to twenty thousand children a MONTH were successfully smuggled by cartels into the US under Biden, who worked with taxpayer NGOs to deliver the smuggled children to unknown adults in the US, whereupon they disappeared. The NGOs then submitted knowingly fraudulent asylum claims to try to keep the children from ever going home or seeing their families again.

These same Democrat-NGO networks for cartels were also ruthlessly exploited by TDA and MS-13 to insert gang members into the United States and violent criminals into our high schools (automatically allowed in merely by claiming to be 17), subjecting innocent American children to unspeakable horrors.

It was one of the darkest of many dark chapters of the Biden era. The Trump Administration put the child traffickers out of business and CNN considers this a great tragedy to be urgently reversed. New depths of "journalistic" depravity and immortality.

The left-wing media immediately trumpets the claims of far-left open borders organizations, but meanwhile cannot trust the word of "far-right" Israeli politicians about the terrorist attempt to crash the plane they were are.
