Good morning kids.

Once again the highest court in the land strikes. No not the Supreme Court of the United States but the Ultra Super Duper Supremely Superior Court of Mount Kilauea has decreed its status as the Almighty arbiter of what is the Law of the Land.

A federal judge ordered US President Donald Trump on Thursday to restore White House access for ‌journalists from CNN, MS NOW and Politico, saying his ban on the three media outlets was likely unconstitutional. In a major setback for Trump in one of his biggest battles with the media, US District Judge Tim Kelly issued his order in a lawsuit that the news organizations filed contesting the ban that the Republican president announced on Sept. 18. Kelly ordered the Trump administration to immediately return the outlets’ press passes and blocked officials from enforcing the ban for 14 days.

“The President concluded that [the banned outlets] have failed to maintain basic minimum ‘standards of professionalism and decorum expected of those given access to the White House Complex, including’ by ‘publishing sensitive or classified information… In response, the President has preliminarily revoked their continued access to White House grounds… After all, access to the White House is a privilege—not a right.” – DOJ filing

Yeah, that'll really show 'em! To borrow a quote from Democrat Socialist Numero Uno Joe Stalin How many divisions does the Judiciary have?! If only President Trump and indeed all of us took that to heart and made it our slogan.

Especially in an instance such as this which is making my blood simmer...

A Florida history teacher allegedly tried to “cancel” an eighth-grader enrolled at one of the state’s elite schools for his conservative beliefs – and now she’s facing calls to be fired. 

Liz Ballard, a teacher at Pine View School in Osprey, Fla., is accused of singling out the boy as the “conservative perspective” in her classes before describing him as a “misogynist” and spreading the slur around the school, Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier said in a letter on Monday.

Ballard allegedly “harassed, disparaged and deliberately tried to ‘cancel’ an eighth-grade student for his conservative views” during her debates — even though he had previously warned her “his parents expressly forbid him to take part,” according to Uthmeier’s letter. She “singled out this student and in defiance of his parents’ express instructions, pressured him to defend political positions… in front of his classmates,” the pol said, engaging in what he described as the “reputational destruction of a child.” Ballard has been the subject of “multiple” HR investigations and at the center of parents’ complaints, according to Uthmeier, who has called for her to be dismissed if the claims are legitimate. 

The investigation into the teacher has spanned several months, Jason Means, the President of the Sarasota Classified Teachers Association, said, according to WFLA. . . In 2023, the school was named a National Blue Ribbon School by the Department of Education — an award that recognizes excellence or schools that close achievement gaps among students. 

Blue RIbbon? Meh this degenerate slag and everyone like her deserves a noose and the nearest lamp post rhetorically speaking of course wink-wink...

And that goes most especially for Randy Weingarten and the evil unions.

So, what are these unions doing with all that money they collect if not fighting to fulfill their stated missions?

Turns out, they are far more interested in getting Democrats elected and pushing far-left causes. Add it all up, and you have organizations that extort money from taxpayers to finance a protection racket for themselves, their Democratic patrons, and various far-left causes (which few taxpayers would support), while engaging in fraud by pretending to be looking out for the interests of public-school students

We’re not lawyers, but we’d say that classifies as a criminal racket under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act.

I know I had this a day or so ago but evil like cancer never rests. We cut it out or we die.

Elsewhere the red carpet was rolled out for Xi Jinping and the Chi-Coms.

Trump, on the other hand, has cost China dearly.  He has radically reduced China’s inroads into the Western Hemisphere, ousting its agents from Venezuela and the Panama Canal. With the Cuban dictatorship apparently unable to keep the lights on, and China now permanently shut out of Greenland, Beijing’s losses in the Americas appear certain to keep piling up. Add to this Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent’s “Economic D-Day” sanctions on Iran. These are disrupting China’s financial ties with the Islamist regime, even as Iran’s attacks on shipping in the Strait of Hormuz and its threat of tolls hammer Beijing’s energy imports: China already pays $25 a barrel more for oil than the rest of the world. China’s leader also has major headaches back home — anemic consumer spending, a collapsing real-estate market, rising unemployment levels, an aging population and a national debt three times larger than our own (thanks, in part, to Trump’s tariffs). 

Well, with a different perspective . . .

Negotiating with Communists and terrorists (but I repeat myself) only ends one way. As the Xi meeting is being hyped, the People’s Republic of China is taking great care not to offend the United States of America by taking any drastic steps like… openly stealing our military hardware. Chinese authorities are reportedly in possession of F-35 stealth fighter parts after components of the aircraft were “inexplicably diverted to Hong Kong.”

Shipping giant UPS was sending a cockpit canopy and weapons bay door to the U.S. from Australia in late May when it was diverted, Bloomberg reported on Thursday, citing sources Both parts were coated with a radar absorbing material that enhances their stealth capabilities, the sources said, and it was not clear why the shipment was diverted to Hong Kong. Inexplicably! Were there any Mainland Chinese citizens in the decision loop working at UPS?

This is the problem with having normal commercial relations with a bandit state that takes every possible opportunity to rob everyone else. Looping them into a global commercial system just allows them to do things like this.

Meh, What can BROWN do for us that our own Postal Service isn't doing, like being the bag man for Democrat Election Thievery...

The case underlines concerns about the handling and security of mail-in ballots, particularly when large numbers of ballots are entrusted to individual postal workers. With investigators still determining whether affected voters were able to cast replacement ballots, the incident could fuel broader scrutiny of election-related mail procedures and ballot safeguards ahead of future elections.
