SJWs have a bizarre notion of "evidence." They believe that if they can see something or "feel" something through vibes, that's positive proof that it is real and you intended to send that message, and also, you now owe them money or some other concession they can extract from you for "triggering" them.

Converse apologized and pulled a shoe ad last week that some claimed featured Ku Klux Klan imagery.

The ad, which has been removed from the Nike subsidiary's social media pages, featured K-pop singer Karina of the girl group aespa promoting the Chuck 70 X and Run Star Crush sneakers. In the ad, Karina held a pair of black high-top shoes under a star-shaped spotlight while wearing a long white skirt.

Several social media users asserted that Karina resembled a KKK member, with the shoes resembling a lynching victim. Critics included Rep. Troy Carter, D-La., who released a statement on the ad on Friday.

"Nike and Converse, what the hell were you thinking?" Carter said. "Your campaign shows what looks like a hooded Klansman, framed by what appears to be the dangling feet of a lynching victim. There is nothing creative or artistic about it. It is racist, reckless and deeply offensive."

Fuck you, Sally Sillycunt.

After facing backlash, Converse eventually pulled the ad and released a statement apologizing for the campaign.

"We're sorry. We understand why this image is deeply upsetting and recognize that we got this wrong. We removed it from our channels and are working to remove it everywhere it appeared. This should not have happened, and we will do better," the statement sent to Fox News Digital read.

Converse is a subsidiary of woke propaganda company (which also sometimes makes overpriced sneakers) Nike so I can't say I'm upset that they're being destroyed by the SJW customer base they cultivated.

This latest ad backlash comes as Nike is set to be removed from the S&P 100 after nearly 18 years, following its value dropping by more than $200 billion since 2021.

House Republicans say they have further questions for the Democrats' illegal foreign buckraking operation Act Blue.

House GOP investigators are warning that they are not done with ActBlue after a bombshell report fueled questions over whether the Democrat fundraising giant is accepting foreign cash and lying to Congress about it.

"Whether it's allowing fraudsters to steal taxpayer dollars or accepting illegal foreign donations through ActBlue, Democrats have proven themselves to be the party of fraud. Our investigation into ActBlue is far from over. We expect more documents and testimony in the weeks ahead," House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer, R-Ky., told Fox News Digital.

Republican lawmakers have long accused the company of having lax verification standards for donors, something ActBlue has said it actively improved since the start of the GOP's probe. But new findings, first reported by Fox News Digital, appear to show employees green-lighting donations despite some questions about where they came from.

Committee on House Administration Chairman Bryan Steil, R-Wis., told Fox News Digital on Friday, "ActBlue's own admissions raise serious questions about its fraud prevention practices, including a so-called passport verification process that did not actually verify or check entries against any government database. The Judiciary Committee revealed through a series of transcripts on Thursday that all 10 ActBlue employees and board members who appeared for closed-door depositions invoked the Fifth Amendment to avoid answering questions.

The GOP report cited a letter by Wallace-Jones to Steil, which maintained that donations on the platform made by people with addresses outside the U.S. required a passport number for verification.

But the Republicans' report alleged that the verification "only ensures that the entered passport number contains a certain number of characters, not that it is a valid U.S. passport number," rendering it an essentially meaningless step.

College swimmer speaks out against the "moderate centrist" Abigail Spanberger for allowing male cheaters to compete in girls' sports.

Former Roanoke College swimmer Lily Mullens, who helped lead a public stand against a transgender athlete joining her women's team, is speaking out after Virginia Gov. Abigail Spanberger's administration withdrew a proposed regulation intended to protect female-only sports and private spaces.

Mullens was one of three female swimmers who formally petitioned the Virginia State Board of Health to enact the regulation, along with Hungarian Olympian Réka György and former Roanoke teammate Carter Satterfield.

"Up until recently, due to Governor Youngkin's leadership, which was founded in truth, Virginia was making tremendous strides toward finally doing the right thing and protecting females by keeping men out of women's sports and spaces for good. However, under the new 'leadership' of Governor Spanberger, that progress has come to a screeching halt," Mullens told OutKick.

"By failing to be open with the public about her decision months ago, she is signaling to the people of Virginia that she does not care about the female athletes in this state and she is aware that she is going against what the people want. As a woman herself, I had hoped that she would understand the importance of this issue and the petition I signed a year ago, but I have been proven wrong.

A Finnish study has found that "gender transitions" do not, as claimed, improve the mental health of those receiving it.

In fact, psychiatric illness skyrockets 600% after "transitioning."

A landmark Finnish study has found a sharp rise in psychiatric illness among adolescents following sex-alteration procedures.

The peer-reviewed study, published in Acta Paediatrica, tracked every young person under 23 who contacted Finland's gender clinics between 1996 and 2019.

A total 2,083 individuals were studied, with 16,643 matched controls. They were followed for up to 25 years.

Finland's health registers are mandatory, which means no one opts out -- this is the complete national picture.

The numbers: psychiatric morbidity rose from 9.8% to 60.7% in adolescents who underwent feminising reassignment, and from 21.6% to 54.5% in masculinising reassignment.

Even after adjusting for prior psychiatric history, gender-referred adolescents faced five times the risk of male population controls, and three times the risk of female controls.

"Psychiatric needs do not subside after medical gender reassignment," the authors concluded.

Referrals after 2010 arrived sicker. 47.9% had already needed psychiatric treatment before their first clinic visit, against 15.3% among controls.

The authors' read: for some adolescents, gender distress may be secondary to other mental health challenges.

The evidence keeps mounting. The silencing continues anyway.

How many more adolescents will be told this is "care"?

A lawless lower court federal judge ruled that Oregon could not house trans "women" in men's prisons. Apparently there's a rule requiring individualized evaluations to determine if the "women" would be "harmed" by treating them as the sex they actually are.

The lawless rogue liberal judge said the prisons were not really evaluating the trans "women's" situations fairly. I assume he said this because some trans "women" were going to men's prisons, which he found intolerable.

A Ninth Circuit appeals panel has reversed the lowly lower court judge.

The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals panel said a lower court had incorrectly ruled regarding how Oregon housed its transgender women inmates. All three judges on the panel were appointed by President Donald Trump, and they voted unanimously to strike down the order.

Some criticized the language in the panel's opinion as being harmful to transgender people.

Wednesday's ruling reverses a decision made in April, when U.S. Magistrate Judge Mark D. Clarke ordered Oregon to house transgender women inmates in prisons that align with their gender identity, and only after completing a safety assessment.

Appeals Court Judge Eric Tung authored the panel's opinion, saying Clarke had erred when he said the state had presumptively placed transgender women in men's prisons.

"That premise lacks record support and is clearly erroneous," Tung wrote. "The district court improperly disregarded the overwhelming contrary evidence presented by Defendants in favor of baseless speculation."

But the appeals court said that the plaintiffs had failed to prove that Oregon had acted with deliberate indifference to transgender inmates. Tung wrote that Clarke had relied on outdated evidence and failed to consider counter arguments presented by the state.

"Nor have Plaintiffs shown that Defendants acted in a uniform way with deliberate indifference toward each of the class members," Tung wrote. "At most, the record reflects that different officials acted in different ways toward different prisoners at different times."

Despite some occasional claims that "nothing is being done," Trump has really done something on immigration.

The CPS [Current Population Survey] shows an unprecedented decline of 2.9 million in the total foreign-born population from January 2025 to July 2026.

As for the illegal alien population, my colleague Karen Zeigler and I estimate from CPS data that it has fallen by 2.3 million since January 2025--from 15.8 million at the start of the Trump Administration to 13.5 million through July 2026. By contrast, it had grown by an unprecedented 5.6 million during Biden's time in office. These estimates include adjustments for those the CPS missed.
