Open Thread: "Thief Busters" Hurt More Would-Be Thieves

I said last time that I'm not sure this is real, because the stupid legal system we live under would probably punish these guys as serious criminals for rigging a bike to electrify a thief. No punishment for the thief, but the guy putting out a bait bike: Maximum penalties.

Still, this all looks very real.
