Mom’s old Cocker Spaniel loves to watch her cook, so Mom puts her on the seat at the island. She usually gets a treat as a bonus. When Mom finished, she left Birdy in the chair. Later, she heard snoring. Birdy sleeps a lot.

Here’s a Cooper’s hawk outside my guest room window last week. Beautiful bird. Crows were keeping a close eye on him.

Later, saw an osprey with a fish in his talons fly across the street.
