The Supreme Court recently lifted the stay on Trump's executive order to the Post Office to check mail-in ballot names against a list of US citizens.

The rogue woke judge who initially issued that stay came up with a Brand New Reason to defy the Supreme Court: She said that because the Post Office had continued making plans for the eventuality that her order was reversed, they had defied her original, lawless and now reversed order, and so she ordered her stay back into effect, the Supreme Court be damned:

Her initial stay was unlawful and wrongheaded, but she believes that the Post Office planning for the likely outcome of it being revered constituted "complete noncompliance" so she reinstates the stay the Supreme Court just lifted.

As that guy says -- she must be impeached, and if the GOP wants its voters to bother voting for them, they must impeach her.

The last time the Supreme Court overruled her, she said she would abide by their ruling, "reluctantly," while writing an order re-asserting all of the bullshit reasons she cited for issuing it in the first place.

Now, once again reluctantly, she again removes the stay she seems absolutely demon-possessed to issue:

From Crusader: The fat sack of racist-grievance crap Monica McIver attacked workers at the Newark DHS processing station, for which she was arrested.

She claimed immunity under the Constitution's Speech and Debate Clause, which, as you might guess from the perfectly clear English words, immunizes Congressmen from lawsuit based on their speech in Congress. (And bad judicial rulings have extended this to speech made outside of Congress, too, so long as it's supposedly "in furtherance of their duties" as Congressman.)

This High-Calorie, Low-IQ woman decided that she's also immune to criminal process for punching cops.

A federal judge denied her motion to grant her Star Chamber powers to attack anyone she disagrees with.

Rep. LaMonica McIver is not immune from prosecution for her contact with ICE officials during a heated scrum at New Jersey's Delaney Hall detention facility, even though it occurred during a legislative investigation, a federal appeals court panel ruled Wednesday.

"The charged conduct ... is unambiguously non-legislative," 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals Judge Cindy Chung, a Biden appointee, wrote in a 2-1 opinion joined by Judge Stephanos Bibas, a Trump appointee.

McIver is facing three federal charges related to alleged assaults on ICE officials and interference with them during a May 2025 oversight visit to Delaney Hall. McIver and two other Democratic lawmakers were present when federal officials moved into a small crowd to arrest Newark Mayor Ras Baraka, who joined them on the oversight visit. The confrontation escalated and became physical, and McIver was ultimately charged with making physical contact with the officials.

The 3rd Circuit ruling sustains the bulk of the criminal case against the Democratic lawmaker despite her protestation that the charges were brought for political purposes. McIver pointed to commentary by Trump, his allies and the former federal prosecutor who brought the case at the time: Alina Habba, a former Trump personal lawyer and current White House aide.

McIver had argued that she could not be prosecuted because the Constitution's "speech or debate" clause grants lawmakers immunity for their legislative actions.

Of course a Clinton appointee dissented, stating that while he would not necessarily throw the charges out, he would like to see if Trump's supposed "retaliation" against her grants her the immunity for punching cops she craves.

A Biden-appointed federal judge just sided with the Trump administration against a House Democrat accused of assaulting ICE officers -- rejecting her claim that slamming her forearm into a federal agent was protected legislative activity.

Rep. LaMonica McIver, D-N.J., tried to get the case thrown out by arguing legislative immunity. The Third Circuit wasn't buying it. The 2-1 ruling found that physically striking federal officers is "unambiguously non-legislative" and "not integral to the legislative process." Two of her three counts survive.

McIver fired back, calling the decision wrong and vowing she will "not fold to this administration." The charges stem from a chaotic May 2025 confrontation at Delaney Hall detention center in Newark, where Democratic officials showed up unannounced and the situation devolved into a physical standoff with ICE agents.

McIver:

The low-impulse-control sub-cretin claimed that she was experiencing "trauma" just by returning to the federal building where she committed violence against a man. See, she hits people, and feels "traumatized" for having been forced to hit people.

This "trauma" is however not quite so "traumatic" as to keep her away from holding a press conference at the site of her Traumatic Punching A Guy Incident.

I think Nux says that but he didn't make it up -- that really is a claim of the insane racist left. They claim that when a "black woman is speaking" everyone else, especially white (spit) men (spit), are required to listen and learn.
