The Morning Rant: Democratic Socialists Of America Is The Same Tired Evil, But With A Pretty Name

The current tussle within the Democrat Party between old-school octogenarians and the younger, more brash crypto-communists is nothing new. Trotting out class warfare is a tried-and-true trick that the Democrats have often used to motivate their young shock troops on the street and their older, compliant fools who do the actual voting and funding. Post-modernism gave them additional tools in the form of ethnic and sexual divisions, but the overarching principle is the same. Pit one group against another to keep the resentment and anger at a frenzied pitch.

The gentle-sounding name of the largest socialist organization in America should fool nobody, but it does. "Democratic" attached to anything means very little other than the certainty that the rights of the minority will be subsumed -- often violently -- by the desires of the majority. That is an explicit rejection of the political structure of the United States Of America.

We are socialists because we reject an international economic order sustained by private profit, alienated labor, race and gender discrimination, environmental destruction, and brutality and violence in defense of the status quo.

Oh no! Private profit! You know...the thing that has driven literally every advancement in human history. The other stuff is just as nonsensical, and if you have the intestinal fortitude, click on the link and look at how bereft of facts the entire website is! They love jargon and obfuscation and political buzz-words, but run screaming from reality...because reality destroys socialism!

Here's more of their class warfare nonsense. Soon that $50,000,000 threshold will dip down into the middle class, and all of the home owners of America will be demonized, because THERE IS NEVER ENOUGH MONEY!

Socialists launch radical platform to abolish the US Senate in bid to fundamentally transform America

As many of its candidates notch electoral wins nationwide, the pre-eminent socialist political group in the U.S., the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA), plans to roll out an updated platform that includes eliminating the Senate and replacing the president and the Supreme Court with an executive and judiciary chosen by Congress.

According to a source familiar with the DSA’s planning, the organization plans to roll out an update next week to its long-term vision for a U.S. policy platform. The update includes eliminating the U.S. Senate and replacing the president and the Supreme Court with an executive branch and judiciary chosen by and subordinate to Congress.

Additionally, the updated platform would include amnesty for all immigrants and defunding the Department of War.

This would be in addition to the DSA’s current policy platform, which calls for an "immediate end to all deportations," free migration between countries without restrictive immigration controls, and "extending full voting rights to people with criminal convictions and noncitizens."

Ah...we finally arrive at the qualitative difference between the dinosaurs of the Democrats and the next generation...they are saying the quiet part out loud. That's the only difference!

Both camps believe that they will be at the pinnacle of their new and improved political structure, and all of us will be at the bottom. That means that they will keep their huge homes and chauffeured cars and private jets... but it will all be in service to the new Soviet American exceptionalism...squalor and privation and death.

The story never changes. Socialism, or whatever they want to call it today, leads to the diminution of the human condition and the destruction of the individual...who has been the catalyst for Man's advancement out of a feudal swamp into the wealth of free markets, free speech, freedom of movement, and the freedom to act in his own best interest.

It is evil, and slapping lipstick onto it won't change that.
