Keith Edwards, a Democrat Podcaster and Political Strategist Who Got Advance Word of the Eric Swalwell Sexual Assault Accusations, Now Says the NYT and WaPo Are Racing to Report That Graham Platner Sexually Assaulted "Multiple" Women

UPDATE! Graham Platner says there aren't any "credible" charges of sexual assault coming.

That's a very suspicious qualifier! Oh sure there may be some sexual assault charges coming, but trust me, no creeeeeeedible sexual assault charges!

Update!

Politics & Poll Tracker @PollTracker2024

Senator Bernie Sanders was noncommittal when asked by a Washington Examiner reporter if there's a concern sexual assault allegations could come out against Graham Platner.

Bernie Sanders: "Why don't we examine income and wealth inequality?"

Another update: Democrats are complaining that Schumer is scheming to get Jared Golden, an independent, elected rather than Maine Kampf.

Another confirmation that something big is afoot at the Circle K.

Via the Patriarch Tree.

Keith Edwards also used to work for the North American Man-Boy Lincoln Project, in communications. So you know he's got a lot of experience with sexual scandals.

The primary is this coming Tuesday. Republicans want to delay the news until Maine Kampf is officially promoted to be the Democrat's top SS officer in the northeast. (Along with Tuq'r Qarlson.)

The Democrat partisan media wants the story to come out before then -- if it's going to come out at all.

They may have decided it can't be covered up. So they're going to pretend to be truth-tellers, when they're really still just Democrat political operatives.

Is this true? I don't know. What I do know is that this all has the shape of a true story.*

First you get a tip from Larry O'Connor that much, much worse about Platner is coming. I think O'Connor said that GOP sources told him that when this breaks, not only will Maine Kampf be forced to leave the campaign, he'll be forced to leave the state.

Then comes the rumor of "alarming reasons" for being expelled from rich-bitch boarding school Hotchkiss from Erick Erickson, then the panicked socialists like Kyle Kulinski getting sissy-pissy about the NYT about to run a story from a "right-wing" source, then a Democrat operative leaking that the story is about the sexual assault allegations that Erick Erickson strongly hinted at, etc.

It all seems to be connected to the same nucleus of rumor. In Mickey Kaus' metaphor, there does seem to be a "dark star," so far unrevealed, that can be detected by the gravitational waves flowing out from it.

Can I see the star? No, not yet. But I sure can see other bodies being moved by the influence of the dark star.

So I have no inside information. But I have followed the news for most of my almost 29 years, and I know what a bombshell scandal looks like before it blows up.

If the crows brought me a sheet of paper with someone's crypto account and password written on it, I'd bet that crypto account this story is developing exactly as we expected it would.

But they don't. They bring me dead birds.

None of this is proof. But it does suggest there's something here.

Unfortunately, this news comes too early.

Or does it?

3 Maine is a big early vote state. About 80% of all ballots in 2024 were early.

Five days until the election.

He probably has enough banked to win no matter what.

And then they have to talk him out of running. Nepo-baby narcissist who sees polls that say he'll beat Collins.

They're stuck with him, but watching Democrat aligned polls say he's going to lose in late June just to snap back to him winning in July when it's too late to replace him will be funny.

In 2020, Collins didn't win a single poll in her senate race. She won by 8.

Polls are suspect at best, but in Maine the assumption should be that they're just wrong.

I don't know-- if a candidate withdraws from a race, would votes for him be counted, or discarded?

* I use this same analysis of the "shape" of a story to discard bullshit conspiracy theories as bullshit -- if this is all real, why is there never any actual momentum to the story? Why is no supporting evidence ever adduced? Why does it perpetually remain at the same level of unconfirmed, anonymous claims? Why does it not heat up and catch fire?

Living things move. Dead things just lay there.
