Black dead ringer for Malcolm X Steve Cohen announces he won't be running in the new antigerrymandered Tennessee 9th district.

He's retiring to spend more time with his Bucket Chicken.

Cohen said he was retiring from Congress and public life, "This is by far the most difficult moment I've had as an elected official," he said. He claimed the people "wanted me again."

Cohen said he "considered" running in one of the newly-drawn districts, but he said they are "nothing like the ninth district that I've represented."

But even in that, he couldn't make a simple statement without throwing a bit of a fit.

He said he won't run for reelection in his district, with a caveat: "If the courts will give two more years to that district ... I will run for that office."

"I don't want to quit. I'm not a quitter. But these districts were drawn to beat me."

Translation? He knows he wouldn't win.

Jonathan Lemire, a leftwing propagandist and frequent panelist on Morning Joe, says that Trump now needs to face the same scrutiny about his age that Joe Biden did.

Note that Jonathan Lemire blocked that scrutiny of Biden every step of the way.

A liberal New York judge has, of course, excluded key evidence against the left's Cassanova Killer Luigi Mangione. But the gun and the diary -- the most important evidence -- remains in.

A New York judge has ruled that some key evidence seized from Luigi Mangione's backpack during his arrest at a Pennsylvania McDonald's is inadmissible at trial, while some of it can still be shown to jurors, including the suspected murder weapon.

Judge Gregory Carro's written ruling was posted online ahead of a hearing Monday morning. He agreed with the defense argument that a search of Mangione's backpack at McDonald's was unconstitutional because it had been moved away from arm's reach, however, he found that a subsequent search of the bag at the police station was lawful. During that search, an officer found the handgun allegedly used in the murder of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson, 50.

He also found that most of Mangione's statements to police in Pennsylvania would be admissible, except for some made about his alleged fake ID after police read him his Miranda warning.

The judge says the Mangione was ILLEGALLY searched because they took his bag after the shooting without a warrant.

The gun and diary will still be allowed in trial evidence.

Mamdani gave press passes to a couple of antifa-aligned "reporters" who announced, in their "reporting" on the Mangione hearing, that Brian Thompson deserved to be murdered and his children were better off without him.

Unfortunately, on Monday, a fast-moving wildfire broke out in Simi Valley, a Ventura County city about 35 miles northwest of Los Angeles. Over 200 acres have caught on fire and evacuations have been ordered. The images coming out are disturbing.

This is why no decent people ever get into politics. This is why you only have goblins running everything. God help you if you try to make things right for your community...if you lose your entire town, "journalists" mock you for not making your kids sleep in the toxic dirt on your burned out lot. Who raised you, dude?
