Antifa Terrorists Are Being Arrested and Convicted

Finally.

Andy Ngo reports that an Antifa terrorist, "Anarchy Marie, has been arrested on suspicion of aiding and abetting the sniper who shot an agent at an ICE facility in North Texas.

Janette Goering, 35, of Carrollton, Texas, was taken into custody on Oct. 21 and charged with aiding in the commission of terrorism, a state felony. Prosecutors allege Goering was part of the far-left cell that orchestrated a July 4 terrorist attack on the Prairieland Detention Center in Alvarado.

Investigators say the group used fireworks to lure staff and law enforcement outside before cell ringleader Benjamin Hanil Song opened fire. An Alvarado police officer was shot in the neck but survived. Dozens of additional rounds were fired at officers and staff.

This journalist previously identified the group as a North Texas Antifa cell whose members are affiliated with the John Brown Gun Club, an Antifa-aligned anarchist anti-government militia network.

"I know that individuals who affiliate with 'ANTIFA' ideology have or are willing to engage in acts of violence to affect a political change or influence governmental operation," wrote Detective William Reilly of the Johnson County Sheriff's Office in the criminal complaint.

Goering, described by prosecutors as a radical anarchist, is not accused of being present at the shooting. She allegedly provided Song with a Faraday bag to prevent his phone from being tracked electronically. After the attack, Song allegedly hid in a wooded area for a day before meeting Goering and other Antifa associates in Cleburne, Texas, to evade capture.

Recovered Signal chat messages show Goering used the aliases "biscuit" and "Marie" and expressed fear about her involvement:

"On a personal level, I'm terrified at what me doing the faraday stuff might do to me re: police questioning," Goering allegedly wrote.

...

Goering's arrest comes one week after two other Antifa militants -- Cameron Arnold, a Trantifa suspect also known as "Autumn Hill," and Zachary Evetts -- were federally indicted on charges of providing material support for terrorism and attempted murder. It was the first time in U.S. history that accused Antifa militants were charged with federal terrorism crimes.

Federal prosecutors are expected to present additional suspects to grand juries in the coming weeks.

State Indictment

Fourteen suspects have already been indicted by a Johnson County grand jury on state terrorism and organized crime charges on Oct. 23. Eleven face the most serious counts...

Texas continues arresting and convicting woke criminals who threaten to kill federal agents and judges.

As deportation roundups and sometimes violent protests continue throughout U.S. cities, those threatening federal agents and judges continue to be arrested and convicted in Texas.

Lubbock resident Tristan Langston faces up to 15 years in prison during his sentencing hearing next week after a jury convicted him of threatening to kill U.S. Secret Service agents and their family members. He was charged in March with Transmitting Threats in Interstate Commerce and Threatening a Federal Law Enforcement Officer. By August, a four-day trial was held and the jury convicted him on both counts, the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Northern District of Texas said.

He was convicted after the jury heard evidence that Langston had been making online threats since 2023, leading to an investigation by Secret Service agents.

"Evidence in the case revealed that Langston's statements went well beyond mere political rhetoric or bluster and constituted true threats directed at specific federal agents," the U.S. Attorney's Office said. For months, Langston "targeted one of the agents and his family in online posts and memorialized the anger and resentment he harbored against the agents in videos and notes he maintained on his cellphone over a period of years."

In February, he criticized two agents on X, also stating, "2nd Amendment in full effect. Gonna slit the throats of agents and their families."

"Targeting federal agents and their families with threats of violence is not protected speech -- it is a federal crime," Acting U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Texas Nancy Larson said. "This verdict reaffirms our office's commitment to take all threats seriously and to hold accountable those who try to intimidate and terrorize our law enforcement partners."

In another case, a California woman, Dolly Patterson, was sentenced to the statutory maximum sentence after pleading guilty to transmitting an interstate threat to a U.S. District judge in the Northern District of Texas.

An investigation was conducted by the U.S. Marshals Service after she sent a threatening message through an online form to a federal judge in Amarillo in April 2023, stating, "Tell that anti-abortion judge he better watch his back . . . for the rest of his life!"

She was arrested, charged and acknowledged she sent the message "with the intent that it be perceived as a genuine threat and with knowledge that it would be viewed as such," according to court records. She also acknowledged that the interstate communication "constituted a true threat to injure another person under federal law."

...

In another case, a Mexican national, Eduardo Aguilar, 23, who was illegally living in Dallas, was arrested for allegedly soliciting others to kill U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers. At the time of his arrest, he had a loaded 9mm handgun in his vehicle. It is a felony for illegal foreign national to possess firearms in the U.S.

Aguilar was charged with Transmitting in Interstate or Foreign Commerce a Communication Containing a Threat because of an Oct. 9 TikTok solicitation he allegedly posted in Spanish.

The English translation reads, "I need 10 dudes in Dallas with determination (guts) who aren't afraid to [two skull emojis]. 10K for each ICE agent." The emojis represent death or "to die."

...

Aguilar illegally entered the U.S. in 2018 as an unaccompanied minor, according to ICE records. On Feb. 8, 2019, a federal immigration judge issued a final order of removal, but he was never removed from the U.S. It would take another six years for him to be arrested.

Anti-ICE/antifa terrorists are being arrested in connection with the assault on officers busting a pot farm for employing both illegals and children.

This was a bad week for the bad guys who wanted to kill or maim Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents in two raids last summer. There are now more of them in custody and looking for lawyers.

Over the past few days, federal officers have rolled up key bad guys who were involved in ambushing ICE and other federal officers during two notorious raids--one in California and one in Texas--and in the violent attack on state patrol officers during the latest L.A. ICE riots. One involved an Antifa perpetrator, and the other involved angry activists who were called to riot at the site of a notorious pot farm raid by using phone apps to vector them to the scene.

Early Wednesday morning, Department of Homeland Security officers arrested a man in connection with the notorious pot farm raid in Ventura County, California, in July. The scene of the raid, the Glass House marijuana farm facilities, is where ICE and other federal officers discovered underage workers and detained more than 300 people.

Before the July 10 raid got underway, dozens of people, who were part of a social media collective, identified the raid was happening and descended on the facility. Some of them had weapons.

The U.S. Attorneys Office in Central California revealed that some of these people were part of an organized group formed to attack and block the officers who were arresting criminal aliens.

...

One man brought a handgun and shot at officers. Another man, arrested on Wednesday, could be seen throwing large rocks at federal cars on another road where protesters had formed another barricade ambush site.

The feds say Isai Carrillo, arrested Wednesday morning in Oxnard, was throwing rocks at federal agents' cars with Virginia Reyes. Though Reyes is still hiding from officers and considered a fugitive, she and Carrillo are both charged with conspiracy to impede or injure a federal officer, a charge that could net them five years in federal prison.

Officers also arrested several people in L.A. and Las Vegas for dropping rocks, bikes, scooters, and flammable liquids on California Highway Patrol officers who were trying to stop other protesters from taking over the freeway.

Meanwhile, left-wing podcasters, such as Botox Bertha below, are praising the intimidation of Republicans with threats of more Kirk-like assassinations, and even threatening Democrats that if they fail to similarly call for violence, they'll face the same treatment.

In case you missed it: Antifa tough guy turns into blubbering baby after his arrest.

From terrorist to terrified.

WHOOPS! I was working on several posts for later today and completely forgot I had to actually post some of these items. Maybe creatine has me focusing too much.
