I'd like to save this for closer to Halloween, but I don't know how long it will be available: the full cartoon "It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown." I got a rock!

Very scary!
Years back, in 2013, as part of the marketing campaign for the little-regarded Carrie remake, a company staged a viral marketing prank in a coffee shop. They rigged the shop with simple (but effective) practical special effects, induced a bunch of marks to enter the shop for a free coffee, and then had a "telekinetic girl" go crazy and start wrecking shop.
The movie might have been lame, but the marketing was great.
If you somehow missed this gem, check it out here.
Below: They also staged the same basic prank in Brazil to market the movie there. This is probably new to you. The beginning is like the NY prank, but the ending features more pyrotechnics.
