Kamala Harris Tosses Rachel Maddow a Word Salad to Explain How She Didn't Say Pete Bootyjudge Couldn't be VP Because He Was Gay and Only Didn't Pick Him Because He Was Gay

NEW: Kamala Harris says she couldn't pick Pete Buttigieg as her running mate because he is gay and there was only 107 days.
