I hope everything turned out okay for both of them.

I'm not sure who's doing the Pet Thread nowadays, but here is my new golden retriever puppy Finn. He is 10 weeks old and a terror. We have started calling him the Hellhound. Lucky for him, he's adorable. Here he is in a timeout, with a toy he stole from Grandma's room.

Yes, he is adorable. Hope the timeouts become less frequent.

This is Kraken, racing name PG Kraken. We adopted him when he was a senior. He'd been in foster care for about three months because older dogs are harder to adopt and he needed a quiet home without kids.

He was with us for a very happy five years and slipped away peacefully one night. And as you can see, he was very puzzled about me asking him to pose for this shot:

You're doing good work, NR Pax. The travel adventure to re-home a retired greyhound, shared on January 25, was also impressive. Sorry for the loss of Kraken.
