In their pursuit to defeat former President Donald Trump, Democrats have found themselves some strange bedfellows.

One family who has taken more than their fair share of abuse from the left over the years is the Cheneys. Dick Cheney, specifically, has been praised for his endorsement of Vice President Kamala Harris despite being a lifelong Republican. Apparently, this was enough for the Democrats to forget how they referred to him as a “genocidal war criminal” for his bullish position on the Iraq war during former President George Bush’s administration.

Why isn't this Know-It-All Nanny cleaning asses and changing diapers first? But we need supervised toothbrushing.

Sir Keir Starmer has signalled that he will bring in further ‘nanny state’ measures to help prevent ill health.

The Prime Minister gave the example of teaching children to brush their teeth as he suggested he could introduce more interventionist policies.

He was also asked about the smoking ban he is planning to introduce, with further suggested measures such as banning smoking in beer gardens.

Asked if he was looking at taxing ultra-processed foods, or the salt and sugar content in products or increasing labelling to improve the public’s health, he did not directly respond.

But he cited the example of supervised tooth brushing before saying there were ‘other things that we will put out there for consultation’.

If I were a betting man. I would venture this won't work out too well.

World-first norovirus vaccine trialled in UK hospitals

A first-of-its-kind vaccine against the vomit bug norovirus is being trialled in the UK, using the same tech employed in the Covid jab.

Thousands of Brits end up in hospital every year due to the highly contagious virus, which usually results in nasty bouts of vomiting and diarrhoea.

Globally, it causes about 200,000 deaths annually – a quarter of which are children.

One was wearing a dark sleeveless vest and a blue and white baseball cap, and the second was wearing a dark winter coat and red baseball cap. They were seen leaving in a white four-door sedan.

'I will kill them!' Everett man accused of threatening to kill & eat two people, PSP says

BEDFORD COUNTY, Pa (WJAC) — State police say a Bedford County man is behind bars after he allegedly threatened to kill and eat two people.

Police say on Thursday, the two victims were reportedly visiting 41-year-old Luke Bartholow, at his home in West Providence Township, when he allegedly threatened to kill them, himself and anyone who “walks in or leaves.”
