Fulton County DA Fani Willis sent a scathing letter to the GOP-led House Judiciary Committee demanding that her lover, Nathan Wade, whom she had hired to spearhead the prosecution of former President Donald Trump on Georgia RICO charges, should not have to answer certain questions before Congress, because the proceedings could compel Wade to "improperly divulge confidential information."

Willis contacted the committee's chairman, Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH), ahead of Wade's deposition slated to take place Tuesday, arguing that it could interfere with the Trump case.

On X, the House Judiciary GOP posted a copy of the Democrat DA's letter addressed to Jordan as well as a separate directive she sent Wade, ordering him not to speak about the particulars of the Trump prosecution.

In May, Jordan sought Wade's closed-door testimony after asking him for records related to his employment under Willis and the undisclosed affair the two had engaged in during the Trump investigation. Wade is scheduled this week to tell investigators in Washington all he knows about the Georgia election interference case against Trump and his allies.

While vice chairwoman of the House committee investigating the Jan. 6 Capitol riot, former Rep. Liz Cheney used an encrypted phone app to directly and indirectly communicate around defense counsel --and possibly ethical rules -- with a witness who would later change her testimony in shocking fashion, according to evidence obtained by congressional investigators and Just the News.

Cheney's Signal communications with witness Cassidy Hutchinson on June 6, 2022 and her friend, Alyssa Farah Griffin, were recently obtained by Rep. Barry Loudermilk, R-Ga., chairman of the House Administration oversight subcommittee that has identified significant problems with the original Democrat-run inquiry into the Jan. 6 incident.

The communications are now raising fresh concerns about the ethical conduct of that Democrat-run investigation. At the time of the communication, Hutchinson was represented by attorney Stefan Passantino, who told Just the News he did not authorize the contacts with Cheney and was not aware of them until contacted by Just the News.

Cheney is a licensed lawyer in Washington D.C. where the DC Bar rules state unequivocally that "a lawyer shall not communicate or cause another to communicate about the subject of the representation with a person known to be represented by another lawyer in the matter, unless the lawyer has the prior consent of the lawyer representing such other person or is authorized by law or a court order to do so."

Loudermilk told Just the News that the communications indicate that Cheney defied her ethical responsibilities and may have influenced a witness outside of her lawyer's presence, eventually causing Hutchinson to switch lawyers.

Journalist Olivia Nuzzi claimed that Robert F. Kennedy Jr. wanted to "possess," "control" and "impregnate" her during their sexting tryst, according to an explosive court filing by Nuzzi's ex Ryan Lizza.

The court documents, which Nuzzi's team said were "full of salacious and irrelevant claims," came in response to a no contact order that Nuzzi filed against Lizza in which she claimed that he hacked her devices, according to the Wall Street Journal.

Nuzzi -- "New York" magazine's acclaimed Washington correspondent -- had been engaged to Lizza -- Politico's chief Washington correspondent -- until the revelations about Nuzzi's relationship with RFK Jr.

Lizza, 50, said in the filing that everything he knew about the relationship was a result of what Nuzzi, 31, told him, according to the Journal.

Lizza said Nuzzi also described the relationship as "toxic," "unhealthy," "psychotic" and "indefensible."

DOJ Tells Four Police, Fire Departments That It's Racist To Expect Employees To Know Basic Math

Firefighter test asked job candidates how many 60-foot hoses they'd need to bring if a fire was 350 feet away.

The Biden-Harris Department of Justice has undertaken a slew of lawsuits against local police and fire departments alleging that it is racist to require hires entrusted with public safety to know basic math.

The lawsuits undermine Kamala Harris's attempts to brand herself as a moderate in the final weeks of the presidential campaign, with the suits both suggesting a dim view of blacks by the administration, and employing the theory of "disparate impact," the radical theory that holds that anytime there are statistical racial disparities, racism must be the cause -- even if no one can explain how.

On Friday, the DOJ's civil rights unit filed a lawsuit against South Bend, Indiana, saying "South Bend uses a written examination that discriminates against Black applicants and a physical fitness test that discriminates against female applicants," The Daily Wire previously reported.

But that was just one of the lawsuits, which claim that tests are racist because blacks fail them at a higher percentage than whites, and require cash awards to be paid to those blacks who failed them. Most blacks generally pass the tests, and the lawsuits do not explain how the tests can be racist against only some blacks. Blacks who passed the tests are excluded from the financial payouts.

Last week, Durham, North Carolina settled with the DOJ, saying blacks failed the tests required to become a firefighter more often, and "Employers should identify and eliminate practices that have a disparate impact based on race." It said the Durham Fire Department must pay nearly a million dollars to people who failed the test, and hire up to 16 of them.

While the DOJ said the tests were not relevant to actually being a good firefighter, an online practice test suggests that it is directly relevant, that people could die if such firefighters were hired. One question asks if a building is 350 feet away, how many 60-foot hoses would be needed.
