It's on CBS, "moderated" by hardcore leftwing partisans Norah O'Donnell and the even worse Margaret Brennan. It shows the media's outright contempt for the center-right that they would put Margaret Brennan forward as a "moderator."

If you have cut the cord, the debate will be on Pluto TV, because Pluto is some kind of CBS entity. They have CBS news channels in their menu.

CBS is claiming that it is up to Vance and Walz to "fact-check" each other, but I trust Maggs Brennan will pop off here and there. And the choice of topics will be all about childless cat ladies and endless abortions and pumpkin spice lattes and growing old alone and insisting you made all the right life choices as you open your second box of white wine and open the Teen Vogue website to take a Which Emily In Paris Character Are You? quiz.

It starts at 9pm Eastern.

I will join you in watching this horror show for as long as I can stomach it. At some point, one must look out for one's blood pressure.

In unrelated news, I finished Fellowship of the Ring this weekend, and then powered through the first half (the Rohan/Fangorn half) of the Two Towers. Keep wanting to restart it, but I remember the Frodo-Sam-Gollum chapters being very repetitive. Still, it's only 150 pages. I'm not a baby. (I finished Hound of the Baskervilles! Eventually!)

CBS vowed there would be no fact-checking from the leftwing cunts, but Norah O'Donnell Just editorialized, out of the blue, that scientists "all agree" that global warming is real.

they hit Vance with Democrat talking points. With Walz, they ask him to just rebut "the allegations' made by Vance. Vance is never given a chance to rebut allegations. He's just hit with new allegations from O'Donnell and Brennan.
