The Morning Report — 8/29/24

kamalamcdonalds.jpg

Good morning kids. Apologies if I sound like a broken record, but Malig-Nancy Pelosi herself just exonerated (in a just and sane world, not the corrupt debasement that is now our courts) Donald Trump by admitting that he indeed pressed her to deploy the National Guard on 1/6/21 and she flatly refused him. And because of what happened that day, he has stood wrongfully accused of fomenting an insurrection and of attempting to subvert Congress on that day in certifying the 2020 election. Despite what the Left insists, Trump's words, actions and location on that horrible day prove his innocence. Funny how if he wanted to do that he would beg Pelosi to call out the troops to prevent him from succeeding. And it was her Capitol PD that opened the doors for the protesters and escorted them in and out. Somehow unarmed Ashli Babbitt and Roseanne Boyland wound up dead at the hands of Pelosi's goons. And now this Jack Smith hack is still trying to press the same baseless charges on Trump just as 2024 is heating up.

Which Alan Dershowitz has roundly mocked, but again, given the corrupted judicial system, who needs evidence when the spirit of Lavrenty Beria rules the day.

And I've seen reported that Merrick Garland intends on going after anyone who might protest the results of 2024. So, if Trump wins, does that mean he'll go after Democrats with the same zeal he went after Trump? Is there a statute of limitations on Al Gore, John Kerry or Hilary Clinton for protesting the results of 2000, 2004, 2016? Basta cosi.

Meanwhile, here's something to be completely ignored by Garland and cohorts. Domestic terrorism against the enemies of the Junta:

The pro-death hamassholes protesting the Democratic National Convention weren’t just going to head home without leaving behind a present for everyone else to clean up.

Volunteers at a Catholic pregnancy center in Chicago arrived to work the morning after the DNC wrapped, only to find their doors were cemented shut by vandals, Catholic News Agency reports.

“FAKE CLINIC" and "“THE DEAD BABIES ARE IN GAZA" were scrawled in giant red letters across the front windows of the nonprofit Aid for Women.

The group also found dripping gobs of red paint splattered over the rest of the building’s entrance. Security footage reportedly caught the vandals committing the crime at 3 a.m. on August 23.

Aid for Women advisor Mary FioRito shared evidence of the damage to her X account, showing the center’s door’s lock covered in cement, which also covered the ground where it opens.

The only dead babies anywhere near Gaza were Jewish, roasted alive in front of their parents, or dead from abuse after being kidnapped and tortured in the terror tunnels. But I digress.

I'd say the next piece is where we are headed, but given what happened to Trump and anyone who came to DC on 1/6 to exercise their right to free speech and wound up in the Garland Archipelago with their lives ruined, we're already there.

They’re coming for you next: While making a public comment criticizing the town’s attorney at the local city council meeting for Surprise in Arizona, Rebekah Massie was ordered to either shut up or be arrested by the town’s mayor, Skip Hall, because the council does not allow citizens to make such criticisms during the public comment period.
When she had the audacity to note quite correctly that she was entirely within her first amendment rights to say whatever she wanted, Hall then had her arrested.
I have embedded the video of this event below. It is egregious beyond words.
Mayor Skip Hall of Surprise, AZ has a constituent arrested during a city council meeting for openly complaining about how much specific city employees are being paid . . .
. . . As Massie states, her right to speak and say whatever she wants has been repeatedly confirmed by Supreme Court rulings. When Hall reads to the council’s rules against any such criticism during public comments, she responds, “That’s all fine and good, but that’s a violation of my first amendment rights.” When he claims she agreed to these rules she repeats, “It is unconstitutional.” His response illustrates his complete ignorance of and contempt for the law and our basic rights under the Bill of Rights, “It’s not unconstitutional.”

When still Massie refuses to be silenced Hall orders her to be removed. When she refuses to leave she is then violently arrested. Hall claimed she was resisting, but Massie later explained, she was “not resisting, my daughter is here, I don’t know what’s going on, you say I’m being detained, but I don’t know what for.”

Massie has an extremely strong case for suing Hall and the entire city council of Surprise for a lot of money. Her arrest was unnecessary for her to win and was probably a mistake on her part, but it makes no difference. The city council’s rule forbidding any criticism of any city employee is absurdly unconstitutional, and to use it to silence Massie makes Hall and that city council very liable for damages.

I reference my previous comments about our judicial system. In any case, the problem isn't so much the thug who ordered her arrested but the cops who only followed orders and slapped the cuffs on her. Befehel ist befehel! after all, nein?

America 2024, what a country. Have a good day.

    ABOVE THE FOLD, BREAKING, NOTEWORTHY

  • When she had the audacity to note quite correctly that she was entirely
within her first amendment rights to say whatever she wanted, Hall then
had her arrested. (I blame the cop who followed orders, slapped the cuffs on her and hauled her off - jjs)

  • Robert Spencer: Who ordered the hit on Donald Trump?
    Incompetence or Malice?
  • Coziness between spies and journalists has grown exponentially worse as society has progressed further into the digital era. Media outlets have closed foreign news bureaus and sent veteran foreign correspondents into retirement. In their place have settled swarms of young, eager J-school grads, some responsible for writing as many as a half dozen articles a day, with no requirement for multiple sources and no fact checking, posted to news websites where the ability to stealth-edit an error has replaced pro-active high-quality and knowledgeable editors.
