San Francisco is about to lose a very, very big company with a very, very big contribution to their tax base -- Google.

At least it looks that way. Google is abandoning a "trophy" office building and consolidating in a cheaper one, and it looks like they're doing this in anticipation of abandoning the dying Gomorrah entirely.

I've covered the Financial District's body blows time and again, including the mostly empty One Front Street building -- one of the largest office buildings in the city -- where I worked three decades ago.

The latest to leave is Google, vacating the 300,000-square-foot offices it has occupied at One Market Plaza since 2018. The San Francisco Chronicle describes the complex as one of those "trophy" office spaces, thanks to its "sweeping views of San Francisco Bay." Say what you will about the increasingly empty (but still pooped-covered!) city, but the Bay remains one of the most glorious sights in the country.

Ryan Lamont, a spokesperson for Google, said the company will be moving out of One Market's Spear Tower, but will continue to occupy the smaller Landmark building. He declined to comment on how long Google plans to remain in the latter.

Translation: Google will not remain long in the latter. The company is consolidating its San Francisco offices into much less glamorous digs at 345 Spear St in the SoMa neighborhood.

Lamont also said, "We remain committed to our long-term presence in San Francisco," but the trendline doesn't look good.

Wow. Even leftwing Google is leaving San Fran.

At what point does the left admit that letting all of the criminals out of jail isn't working? Is the answer "never"? I think the answer might be "never."

Sean Hannity, meanwhile, is leaving NY.

Fire Marshall Jamaal has a secret YouTube page and, you'll never guess, it's filled with anti-western conspiracy theories.

"Squad" member Rep. Jamaal Bowman allegedly maintained a personal YouTube account that subscribed to users pushing outrageous conspiracy theories -- many with roots in antisemitism.

As recently as last month, the Bronx and Westchester Democrat was creating playlists of videos using the screen name Inner Peace, according to the Daily Beast.

The outlet reported that the Bowman channel followed troves of accounts peddling bonkers claims about aliens, flat Earth theory, UFOs and the Illuminati.

The Post could not locate the Inner Peace account Thursday, and it was unclear whether it had been taken down. The Daily Beast reported that Inner Peace included images and footage from the Bronx middle school that Bowman founded and where he served as principal for 10 years.

Some of the channels purportedly followed by Bowman, such as BreakThrough News, have been known to disseminate Chinese and Russian propaganda.

"The American Takeover: How 2 Years of War Made Ukraine a US Colony," one video from that channel is titled.

To be fair that one kinda checks out.

BreakThrough News is also rife with anti-Israel content, much of which appears to be in keeping with Bowman's views of the Jewish state's war against Hamas.

Other channels, including DiEM25, Free Will, PoliticsJOE, and Real News Network, have featured interviews with pro-terror professor Norman Finkelstein, whom Bowman lauded at a panel discussion on the Israel-Hamas war this past January.

I'm sure Jake Tapper will scold Jamaal about his conspiracy-mongering.

Hamas ran a psyop on the American public, putting out the false claim that they had "accepted" a ceasefire deal.

It's worse than that, though: they ran this op with the connivance and indulgence of the anti-American American government.

As our sister site, Townhall, explained, "Biden dispatched CIA Director William Burns to hash out a last-minute attempt to get a ceasefire agreement done, but the way it was handled was a total circus."

Axios detailed how much of a train wreck it was. Three Israeli officials said that they didn't receive the text of the group's response from the mediators until an hour after Hamas released its statement and that it contained "many new elements" that were not in the original proposal.

The officials claimed CIA director Bill Burns and other Biden administration officials who are involved in the negotiations knew about the new proposal but didn't tell Israel.

The Israeli officials also said the last touches on the proposal were made on Monday morning in Doha with the Biden administration's knowledge.

On Monday morning, Burns spoke on the phone with Israeli Minister of Defense Yoav Gallant, a source with knowledge of the call said. But when Hamas released its statement the Israeli minister was also surprised.

Two Israeli officials said the feeling is that "Israel got played" by the U.S. and the mediators who drafted "a new deal" and weren't transparent about it.

Why are pro-Palestinian terrorists, I mean protesters, "protesting" Jewish Holocaust survivors at the Holocaust Museum?

Hint: It rhymes with "schmanti-schmemitisim" and "Shmarab Schmaziism and Schmuslim Schmitlerism."

Conn Carroll: The Karen Party has nothing to offer men but scoldings, denigration, and discrimination.

[A new Trump ad targeting black men] is a manifestation of the strategy Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) outlined in January. "What I can tell you," Gaetz said, "is for every Karen we lose, there's a Julio and Jamal ready to sign up for the MAGA movement."

Or as Ron Brownstein put it: "What Gaetz is saying, in his somewhat stereotypical racial shorthand, is that even if Trump alienates a growing number of well-educated white women ('Karen'), he can overcome those losses by attracting more blue-collar, nonwhite men ('Julio and Jamal')."

The strategy works because the Democratic Party has been taken over by college-educated white women, and college-educated white women have different positions on, and care about, different issues than non-college-educated men of all races.

On immigration, for example, few demographics are more supportive of open borders than college-educated white women. And few groups are less supportive of open borders than non-college-educated men.

And it is not just immigration where the Democratic Party has abandoned men. Colbert King wrote an important column this weekend on how Democrats have all but called fathers unnecessary.

"Some among the social services intelligentsia contend that a low-income, single-woman household can raise a cohesive family if given enough government help and cash," King writes. "After all, goes the argument, Black women have strength beyond bloodlines, including supportive community connections."

And it is not just black women. The foundational creed of the modern Democratic Party is that fathers are not necessary. All mothers need to raise children, according to the Democratic Party, are checks from the federal government. Marriage is just one choice among many for Democrats. If the mother doesn't want the father around, that's great. More power to her.

Marriage does matter. Black children, particularly sons, need married fathers in the home.

The white lady at the Biden call center doesn't get this. She can't. Her top priorities are abortion and female participation in the workforce. She couldn't care less about the plight of men. Just look at the "Who We Serve" page of the Democratic Party's website. As Survey Center on American Life founder Daniel Cox notes, out of 16 groups mentioned, including "Democrats Abroad," "LGBTQ+ Community," and of course, "Women," the word "Men" appears nowhere.

It's the viral image that captured the clash between the anti-Israel protesters who stormed Columbia and the campus workers who tried to stop them. As the mob invaded Hamilton Hall in the early hours of April 30, a facilities worker was photographed pushing a demonstrator against a wall.

Later, it emerged that the protester was a 40-year-old trust fund kid named James Carlson, who owns a townhouse in Brooklyn worth $2.3 million. [His father owns a $3.4 million house.] The man who tried to hold him back was Mario Torres, 45, who has worked at Columbia--where the average janitor makes less than $19 an hour--for five years.

Now, in an exclusive interview with The Free Press, Mario Torres describes the experience of being on duty as protesters stormed the building in the early hours of the morning, breaking glass and barricading the entrances. "We don't expect to go to work and get swarmed by an angry mob with rope and duct tape and masks and gloves," he said.

"They came from both sides of the staircases. They came through the elevators and they were just rushing. It was just like, they had a plan." Mario said protesters with zip ties, duct tape, and masks "just multiplied and multiplied."

At one point, he remembers "looking up and I noticed the cameras are covered." It made him think: "This was definitely planned."

Torres was trying to "protect the building" when he ended up in an altercation with Carlson: "He had a Columbia hoodie on, and I managed to rip that hoodie off of him and expose his face." (Carlson was later charged with five felonies, including burglary and reckless endangerment.) "I was freaking out. At that point, I'm thinking about my family. How was I gonna get out? Through the window?"
