Golden Hour Cafe

Najac: This small medieval village, located in the southwest of France,
is perched on a hill overlooking the Aveyron River. It is dominated
by a 13th century castle and offers spectacular views
of the surrounding countryside.

"Golden hour" or "magic hour" is the hour after sunrise and the hour before sunset. The light is still bright enough that no artificial lighting is needed to take perfect pictures, but the light is also more golden and more red than normal daylight, giving a warm, glowing look to everything.
