Fermin Garcia-Gutierrez, a migrant man who has been deported seven times, has been charged with aggravated murder in Hamilton, Ohio. The 46-year-old, who has allegedly used multiple aliases and birth dates, has been jailed 11 times since his first arrest in 2001.

He asked whether the judge was responsible or if ICE was not called for deportation.

People who have been deported multiple times but keep coming back shouldn't be deported again. They'll just come back. They should be given a permanent home in America, and that home is a federal prison. At least in that case we'll know where they are and all of their crimes will be limited to a single place.

As I said before, they're only throwing the book at this one illegal -- who is not so different from millions of other illegals -- because he's mocking Biden's policies and showing them for the grim farce they are.

They want to flood this nation with illegals. They just don't want US citizen normies to notice. This guy makes the normies notice, so the DOJ and INS and ATF are called in to make this PR problem go away.

His crime isn't illegal entry or welfare scamming or illegal possession of a firearm. Leftists routinely decline to prosecute such cases.
