Hunter Biden is refusing to testify again. Congress wants him to publicly testify -- which the crackhead whoremonger child-abandoning bagman claimed he wanted, too -- but now his shitheel lawyer says he won't testify.

Hunter Biden's attorneys informed lawmakers that he won't attend the public hearing on the House impeachment inquiry into President Joe Biden scheduled for next week. Attorney Abbe Lowell labeled the hearing a "carnival sideshow" in a letter to Committee Chair James Comer, R-Ky., citing baseless allegations and the involvement of convicted individuals.

Key Details:

Attorney Abbe Lowell, representing Hunter Biden, conveyed his client's refusal to participate in the public impeachment hearing, scheduled for March 20, citing the inquiry's foundation on unfounded conspiracies.

Lowell criticized the hearing as a "blatant planned-for-media event," describing it as an attempt to salvage a defunct process.

Committee Chair James Comer indicated the hearing would proceed despite Hunter Biden's refusal to participate, asserting that Biden's request for a public hearing had been met. Comer emphasized that Biden had previously expressed a desire for public testimony.

Jim Jordan wants hearings into the DOJ's targeting of a Blaze journalist covering January 6th.

Jordan's scathing letter to Matthew Graves, U.S. attorney for the District of Columbia, expresses "serious concerns" about the DOJ's handling of Baker's arrest and prosecution.

The letter highlights discrepancies in the treatment of Baker compared to other journalists present during the Jan. 6 events, questioning selective prosecution.

Baker's attorney raises objections to the DOJ's actions, noting violations of press freedoms and equal justice under the law.

Fang Fang breaks her silence and begins delivering the Chinese Communist Party line. Like she did when she was banging Eric Swallowell.

"I had lunch with this lady today. Her name is Fang Fang, and U.S. media called her a 'suspected Chinese spy,' wrote Hu XiJin, along with the operative who became an omnipresent force in San Francisco Bay Democratic politics--with significant dalliances in the Midwest.

Hu wrote that Fang Fang, who presented herself in the U.S. as "Christine Fang," was the victim of the American media and that federal national security personnel unsuccessfully recruited her.

It started off innocently enough, he said.

"She went to U.S. with dreams, but in the end, her dreams were shattered. It was the U.S. that shamelessly betrayed this exceptional girl's dream for it," the Global Times reporter said. Global Times is a media outlet of the Chinese Communist Party.

"In 2009, she went to study in U.S. and did a lot of work to promote personnel exchanges between China & U.S. in those years," he said.

"In 2015, the CIA & FBI approached her, asked her to 'cooperate,'" he said. "The FBI used coercion & inducement, offering to give her U.S. citizenship and $1 million, requiring her to work for them or else they would 'ruin her.'"

She says she "could not betray the motherland" like Eric Swallowell betrayed his wife.

By the way, this is not a good-looking woman. Obviously no one should ever betray one's spouse, but if you do, maybe keep faithful until you've at least got something better than a P.F. Chang's 4.

Georgia Governor Brian Kemp has signed a law which allows him to discipline "rogue prosecutors." The bill seems mostly about prosecutors who refuse to prosecute criminals, but it could apply as well to naked (ugh) partisans like Fani Willis.

This legislation will help us ensure rogue and incompetent prosecutors are held accountable if they refuse to uphold the law. As we know all too well, crime has been on the rise across the country, and is especially prevalent in cities where prosecutors are giving criminals a free pass or failing to put them behind bars due to lack of professional conduct.

...

When prosecutors prioritize political agendas over public safety, it jeopardizes the well-being of our communities, endangering lives and property. Today, we reaffirm our commitment to safeguarding public safety and ensuring that prosecutors prioritize justice. Georgians deserve nothing less than a secure environment within their own neighborhoods.

Criminal Senator Bob Menendez received donations to his defense fund from, get this, Iranians connected to a known terrorist group.

Well, it was formerly designated a terrorist group. Obama's pro-Iran State Department took it off the list of designated terror groups in 2012 because, get this, they say they've renounced violence and are very very sorry about killing US officials in the 1970s and helping overthrow the Shah and sweeping the Ayatollah Kholmeini into power.

Gotta appease Our Partners In Peace (TM) in Iran, you know.

From the Intercept:

At first blush, these smaller contributions to Menendez Legal Defense Fund might appear to come from a smattering of individual donors. An analysis of the donor rolls by Responsible Statecraft and The Intercept, however, shows that about 15 percent of the people who gave to Menendez -- including Moeinimanesh and Afshari -- are linked to an Iranian exile group called the Mojahedin e-Khalq, or MEK.

Menendez and the MEK have a relationship going back a decade. Shortly after the group was removed from a State Department list of "foreign terror organizations," Menendez advocated for the MEK following an attack on its members by the Iraqi government.

Menendez's elevation of the group as a viable alternative to the Islamic Republic continued since then.

Here's Schumer going full "Color Revolution" on Israel:

The term "Color Revolution" refers, supposedly, to an organic overthrow of an unpopular government "by the people." What it actually means is that the Deep State and billionaires and transnational corporations have teamed up to finance a revolution.
