Below, Ashley Merchant asks Bradley if Fani Willis began her affair with Sweetdick before he was hired (in November 2021).
He says "Absolutely."
He would later claim, under oath, that this was mere "speculation."
Question: Have you ever answered a question with "absolutely," when you were guessing?
He's using "Absolutely," he now claims, to mean: "Maybe, who knows."
A "lawyer" is claiming this.
He then says "it [the affair] started when she left the DA's office [as assistant district attorney] and was judge in South Fulton. They met at municipal court CLE [Continuing Legal Education] conference."
No suggestion that he's just "speculating" and "guestimating."
HOW DOES SOMEONE "SPECULATE" SUCH PRECISE DETAILS AND DATES?!!
This is perjury.
In this text, Bradley is asked if Fani Willis' security detail accompanied them when they went on out-of-town trips. Bradley says "not out of town."
This man seems to know a lot and doesn't say he's "guessing" or "speculating" about these answers. He's answering firmly.
He also says that Merchant should subpoena the original security detail to prove that she was with Sweetdick.
Again, he doesn't say, "This is all my hunch."
At the end, when she asks "Is this accurate?," she's referring to her motion for disqualification, which she has sent to Bradley to read. This motion contains a recitation of all the facts about Fani dating Sweetdick before hiring him, etc.
His answer is "looks good."
Not, "I'm guessing it's okay."
No, again, he answers firmly: "Looks good."
Note that when he was shown this text in court, Terrence Bradley appears to say "oh, dang."
Terrence Bradley said “dang” after he realized his texts proved Nathan Wade and Fani Willis were in a relationship before Willis hired Wade to get Trump. Judge McAfee now must fire Fini Willis from Trump’s case. If he fails to do so, the justice system is rigged. https://t.co/ZbgywvAmJ8pic.twitter.com/TO7eeOJAoU
