#BREAKING DHS sources confirm Nilson Noel Trejo-Granados, an illegal immigrant from El Salvador arrested in connection with the murder of a 2-year-old child in DC Feb. 8th is an MS-13 gang member.

Sources say the 25-year-old entered into the Hidalgo area as an unaccompanied minor back in May of 2014 but was apprehended a day later likely as someone trying to evade.
Because he was a minor, he was turned over to HHS/ORR and then he was released to his alleged father in New Jersey.

He was showing up for court for years requesting more time to get an attorney--Then in 2022, records show he was a no show so he was ordered removed in absentia--But was not removed.

Then he was arrested twice in Montgomery County, Maryland for theft--Detainers were lodged but he was not removed.

ICE currently has a detainer on Trejo-Granados.

Note that he was arrested twice in Montgomery County, and ICE had a "Detainer" out for him -- a request that local jurisdictions hold a criminal until ICE can pick them up to deport them -- but Montgomery is a sanctuary county and they ignored the ICE detainer and let him go.

Then he murdered a two-year-old.

A fifth suspect has been arrested in connection with the murder of 2-year-old Jeremy Poou Caceres.

The Prince George's County Police Department announced Monday they're now charging 25-year-old Nilson Trejo-Granados with first and second-degree murder.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and Removal Operations Baltimore spokesperson James Covington confirmed with FOX 5 that Trejo-Granados is an unlawfully present Salvadoran national.

On Nov. 7, 2022, a Department of Justice immigration judge in Newark, New Jersey ordered Trejo-Granados' removal from the United States.

According to the ICE records, the Montgomery County Police Department arrested Trejo-Granados on March 21, 2023, and charged him with theft. While those charges remain pending, ICE lodged an Immigration Detainer on Trejo-Granados with the Montgomery County Detention Center on March 22, 2023; however, the agency says MCDC refused to honor the detainer and Trejo-Granados was released by MCDC on March 27, 2023.

MCPD arrested Trejo-Granados on September 26, 2023, and charged him with theft again, and attempt to obstruct and hindering.

ICE lodged an Immigration Detainer with the MCDC on Trejo-Granados, once more, on Sept. 27, 2023; however, MCDC released Trejo-Granados from custody on October 12, 2023.

A day after his most recent arrest was announced, ERO Baltimore lodged an Immigration Detainer against Trejo-Granados with the Prince George's County Detention Center in Upper Marlboro, Maryland.

Will this county finally honor the ICE detainer, now that this scumbag murdered a two-year-old? There might be enough heat that they're forced to -- but you know they're meanwhile freeing all the dangerous illegal alien criminals who haven't murdered an American child... yet.

Biden is of course lobbying to KEEP the Catch and Release program that "paroles" dangerous illegal aliens into the country after they're caught at the border.

President Joe Biden is asking Congress to pass a Senate bill to preserve a program at the United States-Mexico border that the illegal alien charged with murdering 22-year-old Laken Riley used to get into the United States.

This week, Biden sent out a series of statements aimed at members of Congress -- calling on the House and Senate to approve legislation crafted by Sens. James Lankford (R-OK), Kyrsten Sinema (I-AZ), and Chris Murphy (D-CT) that fizzled out following backlash.

"Months ago, I instructed my team to begin working with bipartisan lawmakers to fix our immigration system," Biden wrote on Twitter. "They did a hell of a job, and together, we put forward some of the most fair reforms ever. Speaker Johnson, it's time to call a vote and send this bill to my desk."

"Look, our bipartisan border deal is the strongest our country has ever seen," another post from Biden reads. "It includes the most fair and humane reforms for legal immigration -- and a vast majority of Congress supports it. Let's get it done."

The bill, among other things, would preserve Biden's expansive Catch and Release network at the border, including a parole pipeline where thousands of border crossers and illegal aliens are released into American communities every day after securing so-called "humanitarian parole."

"[The bill authorizes] a clarification of how humanitarian parole is used at the land borders, but NO changes to the President's ability to bring in vetted, sponsored migrants through the program known as CNHV (Cuba, Nicaragua, Haiti, and Venezuela parole)," Murphy wrote of the bill.

Biden's lobbying for the parole pipeline comes just as Laken Riley, a nursing student at Augusta University, was murdered allegedly by an illegal alien who was released into the United States interior thanks to the parole pipeline put in place by the administration.

We never seem to talk about the forelash that provokes the "backlash," do we?

If you're illegal, go home. I don't care what you think is "fair."

This is pretty telling: NYC's woke mayor calls for reforming the law so that the city is not a sanctuary city, and when ICE issues a detainer on a foreign criminal, the courts must honor it and keep the criminal until ICE picks him up.
