A Maine judiciary committee is moving to create a 'safe haven' for teens seeking sex changes and protection from their parents but critics have slammed the bill as 'state-sanctioned kidnapping.'

The 'Act to Safeguard Gender Affirming Health Care' would enable certain out-of-state teens to access hormone blockers or surgery without their parents' consent regardless of their own state's laws.

A work session on the bill, LD 1735, was scheduled for Wednesday, but as public outrage grew and with severe weather, it was postponed until January 25.

If passed, LD 1735 would enable certain teens from states that have banned child gender-affirming care- such as Kentucky or Mississippi - to come to Maine, with or without their family, and access treatment.

Opponents have labeled the bill 'state-sanctioned kidnapping' and say it would allow unrelated adults to bring a child to Maine for surgery without a parent's knowledge or permission.

These people need psychiatric counseling for the stew of psychological comorbidities they suffer, not powerful artificial hormones to further wack them out.

Penn State lost a major motion, attempting to get themselves off the hook for a lawsuit about the "university's" virulent anti-white racism.

In her denial of Penn State's motion in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Judge Bettlestone explored the record, including how the DEI Director emailed all employees 'calling on white people' to 'feel terrible' about their 'own internalized white supremacy' and to 'hold other white people accountable.'" She also noted that the Assistant Vice Provost for Educational Equity "'led the faculty' in a breathing exercise in which she instructed the 'White and non-Black people of color to hold it just a little longer--to feel the pain.'" ...

In the case of Penn State, the school appears set on trying a case that will only increase the costs and negative coverage for the school. It is often the case that administrators lack the courage to challenge DEI programs or material. The alternative of spending potentially millions on litigation and damages can be viewed as rational rather than risking personal backlash for reversing course.

More details of that lawsuit here. A professor is alleging a hostile work environment, based on the obvious anti-white racism the school has adopted as its creed.

Last week, there was some successful pushback against Johns Hopkins "University's" repulsive racism.

Gen Z TikTokers are trying to make the case that self-improvement is a form of colonialism.

This person is arguing that trying to "control your thoughts" is a negative thing that should be rejected.

The rejection of any self-responsibility is what we are seeing in Gen Z. Society is getting insane and they think that is fine. We are heading for a scary future if this becomes the dominant ideology of the population.

Are we not supposed to notice that a huge number of these transgenders and strangegenders are obviously shy, lonely, mentally fragile, socially isolated autistic children?

Recruiting them in big numbers to pad the numbers of the trans army is like Hezballah recruiting retarded children to carry bombs for them.

These lonely children do not need "affirmation" or puberty blockers/castration agents. They need to go to socialization classes with other autistic kids so they can learn to interact with their peers. So then they can have what they really want -- friends. Attention. Acceptance of who they really are, and "who they really are" is not transgender robots. Acceptance that they're socially awkward, but still good people worth knowing.
