Good afternoon Hobbyists. Hope you are surviving January with hobbies. We will have a couple of hobbies featured this afternoon. However, if you have anything else related jump in. So no politics or current events. Please let them at the curb. Thanks!

It is always good to hear from Lirio100. She's very talented and I always enjoy seeing the finished product of her hobby.
I did this one in the very late 1970's, originally as a gift for my mom. The bouquet is about 14 inches tall, and done on hardanger cloth at 22 stitches per inch. The design is by Jean McIntosh; although her company went out of business some years ago the patterns are widely available on etsy, of all places. They're rather old fashioned, in a way. Current designs went in another direction, I guess.

Depending on where you live, I have no idea how many palms you will have to grease for the construction of this project.
Maybe when my Pit Boss Digital Smoker assumes junk yard temperature.

Never too late to think about spring and camping, amirite?
