Good afternoon Hobbyists. What has been going on in your world? After 2+ weeks of some crud and a Christmas trip out of state, I really haven't done anything since seems like forever.
Enjoy the thread and leave the current events out at the curb. Thank you.

This video was submitted to us by OrangeEnt. He told me he came across it after Christmas and perhaps I should save for next year. I think now is the time to work on this.
Thanks OrangeEnt.

I really get the urge to build a cabin. But, if you are going to build one, shouldn't it be bigger than most walk-in closets or small bedrooms?

Let's look at some Moron photos. Photography remains a popular hobby.
MisHum, submitted for your approval- a pic my wife took near our new place at sunset. I don't know what it is about this place but the sunsets and sunrises are, many times, spectacular. - Tonypete
Thank you Tonypete & Mrs. Tonypete.

The path of totality was just north of me but we got about 90% of it. It was cloudy but thin enough you could see it. Very cool. - Robert
Thanks Robert. Your description is spot on. It is very cool.

This photo was submitted to me by Lost In Space. She sent a number of great photos. I've used one before on an ONT and now one here in The Hobby Thread. It was really hard to select.
Thank you so much Lost In Space.

Hi
Here is a pdf of some of my artwork. I usually do ceramics, but at the end of the file are examples of boxmaking, bookmaking, watercolor, handmade paper vessels, etc.
If you can use any of these images for the hobby thread, great. Hopefully doing a screenshot of the pics you like.
I am retired and take classes at my local university to keep busy in retirement.
I read Ace of Spades everyday but rarely comment since I had problems years ago with not being able to login. I gave up but I think the system works for me now. I usually comment as "brio" on rare occasions, usually in the food thread.
Thanks, Brio
Beautiful work and thank you so much for sharing. PDFs are difficult to work with. I wish there was a way I could show you more of the 100 pages of photos.
